I have a new computer. I cannot access some of my sites, such as gmail. The instructions that I keep getting are to click on the chrome menu and then select settings. When I click on the menu, I cannot find an icon for settings. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail. Nothing works!

What happens if you try to open https://mail.google.com/ ? Do you get a "page not found" error, or a security certificate error, etc.?
Firefox has a "3-bar" menu similar to Google Chrome, and you should find Options there, but if you have instructions for the Chrome settings page, they aren't going to match Firefox's Options dialog...

I have the same problem on my iPhone4. It is obviously a bug in the software. Once it pops out I am locked out of my phone. I can't even begin to describe the frustration this causes. All that stuff about holding down the buttons is useless. the phone won't even shut off. I can take a screen shot like that or go to voice control. Even when I got to a wifi connection, I can't get on. This app blocks everything else. This is a serious bug and can have serious consequences. The only thing my phone would do is go to voice control and let me play iTunes or phone people. Some smart phone hey?

hmmmm. some other connection issues have been known to cause the -69, although under those circumstances people more typically get the "disk cannot be read from or written to" error message.
working on that theory, let's see if anything in this document helps:

Ok, I had a glitch, forced to restart, and lost my train of thought.
Reinstalling iTunes should fix the major issue that might have gone wrong, perhaps your explaination points will disappear and everything will be peachy again.
But if they don't, you can open the XML file in iTunes Folder using a Text edit program to see what the common pathname is to the iTunes Music folder or where your content is located.
If you moved the itunes folder, it needs to go back.
I can't download iTunes to my Vista virtual machine to test it out right now because iTunes is down, so I can't verify the pathname, perhaps your issue and the iTunes being down are related somehow?
You don't want to import all your music again, but it's a option, but you lose all your playlists, that's what I'm trying to recover.
If oyu don't have a whole lot of playlists, then simply select all the explaimation point music and delete, select File from the menu and import your itunes folder again.

I uninstalled iTunes and installed the version (10-5.3???) for my 64bit computer but no luck. Keith nailed the title explanation, iTunes sends some information to a database which checks "fingerprints" of your song against what it has on record. Once you can mount your disc, you can send the information about your specific album to gracenote through iTunes (it's likely under the Advanced menu, but look around for the option to submit info).
as for your CDs not working, its possible you got a bad run of discs, it does happen ocasionally. if you can get another batch (and especially brand) of CD to try you may find that that one works.

Crizzo is right, the best way to charge is with the included power block. That said, the USB cords are interchangable as far as an of us know. (just not power bricks, iPhone and iPod bricks put out 5W of power, the iPad wants 10W and will always say 'not charging' if plugged into less power than it requires even though it will charge, just very slowly)

Followed the xp to osx network guide, but there are permission issues..

I followed the guide that is in these forums.
I finally got both xp to osx and osx to xp working. However when I added my music folder from my mac to be shared, only a few random album folders could be accessed from windows.
Essentially most of the music I did not have permissions to.
In the mac preferences I added "music" and my Admin account and "Everyone" had read and write selected.
What could be the issue here?
on a side note, does Itunes/quicktime not work on Xp x64?

so it looks like my music folder has permissions set correctly.
but the seperate album folders inside arent. Admin account set to read and write, but "unknown" set to no access....
How do I change this? for all my albums?

Turned on my macbook pro and it just didn't make that welcoming noise and the sign the apple logo came with the loading sign and that's all it does. I tried command option P and R and then the welcoming sound came but it does the same thing. I've also tried shift s and pressing reboot and return...but still no thing..helppp

According to your description, my understanding is that you could not edit documents with Office client application in SharePoint 2010.
Let’s do a troubleshooting about this issue:
1. Make sure that you have installed Office application on your machine.
2. Which explorer did you use for your SharePoint. Please test it with IE 10 32-bit, compare the result.
3. Please try to reset IE, compare the result.
4. Add your SharePoint site into Trusted site on your IE options.
5. Make sure all add-ons related to SharePoint are enable, special for SharePoint OpenDocument Class and SharePointOpenXMLDocuments.
6. Since you used OWA for your SharePoint site, please try to disable OWA, then open documents with client application, compare the result.
