Hmm... looks like this is an issue for that email provider for some reason.
A user in a bt.com forums recommends turning off Push Emails settings.

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data > Turn Push Off.
Coudln't hurt to try it and see if the issue resolves itself.

It really sounds like the account on your iPhone is different than the one on your computer but based upon your posts, that's probably not it. If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

Sorry I cannot follow why you would even use the PC to control the Time Capsule. Apple have not kept the Windows version of the utility up to date.. so they keep making it harder and harder to run windows with apple routers.

I have the same problem on my iPhone4. It is obviously a bug in the software. Once it pops out I am locked out of my phone. I can't even begin to describe the frustration this causes. All that stuff about holding down the buttons is useless. the phone won't even shut off. I can take a screen shot like that or go to voice control. Even when I got to a wifi connection, I can't get on. This app blocks everything else. This is a serious bug and can have serious consequences. The only thing my phone would do is go to voice control and let me play iTunes or phone people. Some smart phone hey?

When I pull up itunes I can access my old music but cannot access my account to purchase anything new. Just reinstalled itunes and it still does not work. I am ready to just quit. If this is an Alienware system, the most likely culprit is the Bigfoot Networks LSP as per the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
Head to the Downloads and Drivers page at Dell for your particular model of Alienware. Look for available updates for your BigFoot networking device. If you update those drivers, does that give you back your Store access?

iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Have you tried connecting it with an ethernet cord? It could be a wifi issue.

Edit the outgoing mail server setting to be the same for both.
Your outgoing mail server is dependent on your internet access provider (the one giving you the juice to the internet). Many block outgoing mail servers that do not belong to them, unless you specify password authentication, and port of the outgoing mail server. The port of many outgoing mail servers is either 2662, or 587, or 2626. Try each and see which one works with password authentication. Note the password you would use is the same for checking mail at that server.
