I am assuming that the purchase and download is from Adobe. You should find the information that you seek under My Orders at http://www.adobe.com after you sign in (as per John's link).

Are you downloading to a computer or an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch? I would first suggest signing out of the iTunes Store and restarting your computer or device. Then log in and look for your purchases again. If you are still not able to access your content the article below will get you connected with the iTunes Store Support.

I'm having a very similar issue, paired with iTunes not being able to get online.
iTunes shows up in processes and then hangs at 17,000 K or so -- sometimes it will start up, but that (if it occurs) is a delay of literal hours.
Pretty meticulously went through all the 'cannot connect' trouble shooting, and have uninstalled, restarted, and then reinstalled every piece of apple software; issue is just as firm. Starting in safe mode or admin mode don't fix it; signing in as a different user doesn't fix it.

if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps. typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.

Mavericks downloads into the Applications folder, where you can install it. Some Mac App Store Troubleshooting information and how to resume a download that was interrupted; some of the information here might get you an answer. Failing that, try contacting Apple Support.

My purchases show partially downloaded. When I attempt to resume the download I recieve an error message " an unknown error occurred -50" Itunes has charged for the download and sent a reciept however the shows wont play?

I had the same problem so (assuming under the Purchased items in the Store you have a song stuck at 'Downloading'):
I went to Music, then Artists.
From there I chose the album.
The song that failed to download had the cloud symbol next to it.
I clicked the cloud symbol and the song completed the download for me.
(Please note this was in iTunes for Windows - I expect it to be similar in iTunes for Apple)

When I hit the Buy Now button I am put in a field to buy Photoshop Elements 13, with no way to change to Elements 10. I do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling etc. In fairness, it's been over a month since making the decision to buy. Still, I consider this a nightmare. Any ideas on how to buy the app I've got withou having to purchase a whole new one? Thanks.

Adobe does not sell older versions of their software. If you wish to purchase an older version you will have to find and take your chances with a third party vendor.

Why Songs duplicated - downloaded and shown as itunes in the clouds

Just downloaded iTunes 11. Approx 400 songs are shown with the cloud. I understand that it represents songs bought on other devices but not yet downloaded on the PC. But thats not the case.Each of the songs had been previously downloaded and therefore shown twice in the library. One with the cloud and one without. I can uncheck the preference to remove those with the cloud. Shouldn't they disappear if downloaded on the PC ? Any thoughts ?

Also check all have identical:
artist (unless they are supposed to be different)
disc number
album artist
disc count
compilation flag
artist
Try getting info on all tracks involved and re-type the album and artist names with an extra letter, close, then change them all back to the correct one
