My "other" storage has balloobned to 6g and now my iPhone will not sync. I ought more ICloud space to compensate, but that did not remove the "other" storage and I am still unable to back up, even to my PC.

Thanks!First - try deleting some Messages if you don't regularly clean them out. In my experience, eliminating that first often reduces the "Other" situation enough where your iCloud backups will start working again. Your backup file is probably enormous which is causing this problem with Notes.

That means that the password you entered for your Apple ID was incorrect. This is the Activation Lock feature of the iPhone in action. Only the rightful owner, who knows the password for their Apple ID, can activate it. If you don't remember your Apple ID password you will have to reset it. Visit https://appleid.apple.com.

Then take it out of Lost Mode the same way you put it into Lost Mode: via the Find My iPhone App or www.icloud.com. -

If it's activation locked, you can to do so without the credentials for the Apple ID used to lock the phone.

Cannot update/backup iphone because iphone disconnected
I have seen this question asked many times and no one seems to know the way to fix it or why it randomly starts happening.
I cannot sync my wife's iPhone. I continue to get the "cannot update/backup iphone because iphone disconnected."
I have switched usb ports, gotten a new cable, cleaned the connections, but nothing works. Is there anything short of wiping the phone and starting over? I am on iOS 4.3.3 and iTunes 10.4.1 (10).
Wife has already started from scratch once, I would like to avoid that again.And I said that problems can happen to any phone. I was just saying that the OP was from 3 years ago, and you responded to them. A generic answer would show that your response is what to do with a Mac computer, since the info that you posted does not apply to a Windows computer. Again, thanks for joining, my comment was just the understanding of your post as well.

I'm unable to add the email address for iMessage, that I was using before iOS 7 to my iPhone, because it says that it is "in use by another device," but I have no other devices. How do I resolve this so I can add this email address to my iPhone to send and recieve iMessages?
Sync your iPhone to iTunes, and see if that does the trick. Also you could try a Soft Reset with no Risk to Data. Holding down both the Sleep button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears and then waiting for the Reset to bring you iPhone back to the lock screen. Are you trying to add the email at Settings>Messages>Send and Receive from (2 Addresses) your iPhone number and your email address?

Just launch the application, find and select the domain file you want to open and it will open with iWeb. It modifies the iWeb preference file each time it's launched so one can switch between domain files.

WARNING: iWeb Switch Domain will overwrite an existing Domain.sites2 file if you select to create a new domain in the same folder. So rename your domain files once they've been created to something other than the default name.

I accidentally put my dads account into iCloud. i need to change it but i dont know how because its grayed out. if i press delete account, will it delete the whole account or just delete it from the iPhone?
but it says DELETE ACCOUNT in red. are you sure its only deleting from the phone?

Hi i am working on my web site and it appears to have blocked the ip from my server i can't open my web sites and i cant open the server home page but can do this on my iPhone i have trend micro running on 2 other desk tops all from the same router please help maybe its a firewall? Cheers Dave
All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
