I cannot bypass basss code lock and not able to restore due to find my iphone option is on?
Unfortuntly I missed my pass code and accordingly had my iphone disabled. I've tried to solve vide apple but all I received was an email but wifi not enabled. I'm stucked now because restoring the backup from itunes requested to disable find my iphone option from the phone first which is not applicable offcourse.
Is there any way to resolve this situation without loosing my data? If not, how to reset my iphone agin?

Unfortunately you will not be able to do anything but erase data or ask for Apple's support, sorry. This is an unfixable problem, unless you know someone who can hack back into it, but it's worth just reporting it to Apple for an exchange or erasing your iPhone.
Or you can follow these instructions and fix your problem.
Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
If you have chosen to encrypt your backup, it will contain the passcode. Disable backup encryption before restoring from backup.

My e-printing mailadres changed and not able to restore it to my previous mail
Dears,
Today I wanted to print, when I wasn't able to select the printer on my laptop I went looking at the printer itself.
I turned it on and it started to update itself.
Once done, It could connect to the wifi but not to the server for eprinting services.
After a lot of searching I discovered in the printer settings that the web services were turned off ( is this caused by the update? it did work fine before and no one else knows the password to the printer settings)
So I activated it again. But when checking on the hpe print site or HP connect, the printer could now be found but with a new eprinting mail adres. I tried to change it back to my previous self chosen mailadres ( ........@ hpeprint.com) but I receive the error the mailaddress is already taken.
Can I get the old mail back?
I already installed some remote PC's to be able to print via this mailadress, so it is quite important to me to use the same settings again.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
Sorry to hear about your printers Web Services information resetting on you. I would not be able to answer for certain, but it is possible the update turned off Web Services and there is no changing that. Regarding applying your old Email address for the printer, you can not.
It is forever locked to the account prior to the Web Services being turned off. You will need to setup the Email information on all devices that use it again. Hopefully, you can get close and just add a "1" at the end for example.

I tried restoring my ipod ....
Now every time i try to switch it on .... the apple logo appears .....stays for a long time and then the device turns off

Ios 6 not allowing backup restore due to lack of iphone memory?
Since updating my Iphone 4S (16GB) i am unable to restore the backup as the phone runs out of memory due to the larger IOS 6.0.1 using up more memory. How do i revert back to 5.0.1 restore the backup?

That is the user data from the phone, not iOS. Based on subsequent statements, that is mostly pictures.
There are apps that will allow for extracting pictures and other data from the backup, it is not user accessible without a 3rd party app or restoring via iTunes to the device.

The restore issue may be the result of a slightly larger iOS, the number or pictures, and media attempting to sync to the device. Was there possibly a folder of pictures being synced to the device as well?
Realistically, if you cannot restore the backup due to insufficient space, the only ways to get around that is either do not restore the backup, get a larger capacity device, or if content is syncing, reduce the amount of content attempting to sync to the device. -

If you are both on the T-mobile network, the sim card should work. If you did a Erase All Content and Settings, then she should be at the point of activation as a new device...talk to T-mobile and be sure the sim she is using is a valid sim card.

Is there a solution to open the network locked iphone 6 Ali Sprint
I've purchased iphone 6 from ebay and upon arrival I have to drag the device is locked and not supporting the network in Saudi ArabiaThere is no solution other than to contact Sprint and ask them if they will unlock it.

I like the new iOS 7 for iphone... But i think it's not a good idea to allow switch the iphone on flight mode when it is locked.. What happens if your iphone is stolen or lost? You couldn't be able to locate it using find my iphone... Can i remove this from the bottom menu?
And have your phone set to require a passcode before it can be accessed.

Not able to download itunes 10.5..says file ja.lprog is corrupted (its empty) and error code 2330. Not able to download/install on another drive...even external drive-same reason given. Not able to uninstall itunes to reinstall...same reason given. Using windows vista 32 bit. Please help. Difficult to upgrade apps.
Yeah...I think I found that one out the hard way already. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I want to get this issue fixed before I start thinking about the license issue.

My iPhone 4 with iOS 5, is stuck in the Facebook app and not able to do any operation.. Im not even able to go to Home. I connected to iTunes in my PC, it was not able to sync. I tried calling my number from other phone, but it went to voice mail.
Hold the Lock & Home buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until the phone restarts and you see the Apple logo. You will not lose any data.

I have 2 Company ipads. They were set up by someone who has left the company. His email address was deleted when he left - so we cannot send a recovery email request. He connected both iPads to 'find my iphone' - and we cant locate his mobile! help!
If you have the original receipts, you can take them to an Apple Store and they may be able to remove the activation lock. A good lesson learned to have an employee clear a device when leaving.

About itunes match, i replaced my iphone 5 at the store on sun, music are gone and not able to sync

i was replaced my iphone 5 due to camera problems,
then i cant gte my itunes match on my new iphone 5 again,
all the music are gone, and not able to sync,
also, i tried to disable and enable over and over again the service on my iphone, still not able to do that,

so much thanksAfter the first install of iOS8 my iPhone5 locked up with a picture of a cord connected to a device linking to iTunes. After taking my iPhone5 to the Apple Store, an Expert was able to get my phone operational again. However, when I returned home I found I no longer had options in iTunes to SYNC or BACKUP my iPhone5. I suspect that ITunes does not recognize my IPhone any longer. For the past 1.5 years I have no problems updating or syncing my iPhone…it was only after I upgraded to iOS8 last week.
