I cannot change my Apple ID account info

Hi!
I have a problem: my old living adress is linked to my Apple ID as an extra adress and also as default shipping adress. Since I moved some time ago, I want to go to https://appleid.apple.com to change the info. However, this happens:
(I translated all terms from Dutch to English, since I get the Dutch pages. So the translation could be a little off.)
After logging in with my Apple ID info I get the menu options on the left (to change name, e-mail adress, password, adresses, phone numbers etc.).
I go to the section to change adress info.
I click the "Delete" button next to the old adress.
I get the large pop-up, where I confirm I want to delete the old adress by clicking the large "Delete adress" button.
Nothing happens.
Now I click the "Edit" button: if I cannot delete the adress, at least I can change it.
I get the page where I can edit all the adress info (street, ZIP code etc.) and change all info to the info from my new adress.
I click the "Save" button.
I stay on the same page, not knowing if the new info has been set.
I go to another page in the left menu, and get a big pop-up asking me if I want to keep my changes.
I click the big blue "Keep changes" button.
Nothing happens. I stay on the same page.
Repeat from 10. The only way to leave the "edit adress page" is to click "Delete changes".
So, there is no way for me to change my information. The above also happens when I want to change other info, like my daytime telephone number. Any button that changes or saves information appears to do nothing.
I have tried editing the information in the following browsers and I get the exact same problem every time.

What I find strangest is that I can find zero information on this online; it almost seems like I am the only person experiencing this problem.
Are there other people who experience this problem? Are there people who managed to solve it? And if so, how?

The ID for the App store is in Settings>iCloud & App Stores. To change it, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

You cannot change your Apple ID. You can get a new one if you want, but all of your Apps and media are linked to yoru old Apple ID. And no, Apple won't transfer your old ID purchases to yoru new ID.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Changing my Apple ID Account query

I have an apple ID that is not in the form of an e-mail address. For example: abcdefghijk99. I've had it for years, going back to when I was a Windows PC user (until I saw the light 2 years ago and switched to Apple products) for itunes purchases initially. As far as I was concerned my appleid was fine and I've used it to purchase more music and apps for my Mac, iphone, ipad and ipod since. Then I discovered a problem. Having downloaded the Find My iphone app it prompted me for an appleid in the form of an e-mail address and would not accept my original appleid. Likewise the same issue applied to the the same for finding the ipad.
So I checked it out online a little to try and see if it is possible to change your applid and found the "My Apple ID" section at https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and that under the "Manage my account" section you can make changes to your appleid account. But changing your name to an e-mail address is not one of them, at least if it is to the e-mail address that is your default e-mail address as held by itunes.
So ok, and I imagine others would suggest this, that I could set up another ID as an e-mail address and use this for the Find my iphone and ipad facilities.
But looking forward, it doesn't solve the problem at all.
1. I've built up a fair history of purchases using itunes and from the App store under my original non e-mail address and I don't want to lose them. And of course future updates to software that I've purchased from the App Store would be against my original appleid and I don't want to lose that thread.
With the advent of "iCloud" I understand that it will want you to enter your Appleid in order to upload to, sync your devices with etc., If it wants this to be entered in e-mail address format then it will not be accessible to me.
2. Appleid software is inconsistent in that for iTunes and The App Store it will allow the ID to be entered both as a non E-Mail address and as an E-Mail address. But for the Find my iphone App, will only accept an E-Mail format address as the Appleid. I think this is perhaps a legacy of MobileMe, which possibly The iCloud is going to use the MobileMe format as an Appleid. And if so that will have implications for other users who have the same type of appleid as me.
3. All I want to do is simply change my Appleid to my default E-Mail address, but it won't let me. I raised this issue on the telephone with Apple who understood my issue, did not immediately know the answer, but said would discuss with colleagues and E-Mail me back. The reply was:
"I talked about your case with my colleagues. The only suggestion that came to mind is that you consult iTunes via email and ask if they can amend the ID or if it would be possible to transfer you purchases from one account to another account."
Ok. So it led me to here, the Support area, because it seems impossible to be able to raise the issue by E-Mail with them, as much as I've tried to by going from page to page trying to find out "how to contact them".
So does anyone here have any good ideas as to how I solve my problem? Additionally is there anyone from Apple itself who monitors questions raised in this community? If so could they let me know that they appreciate my problem and how/if it can be dealt with?

Solved with assistance from iTunes support. The main problem was that you cannot use an e-mail address which is associated with your existing account. So the answer is to set set up a new e-mail address with your Internet Service provider. Next step is to log into iTunes using your existing appleID (which in my case was a non e-mail address as mentioned in my question) and then modify your itunes id and e-mail account, both to the new e-mail address. I tried it and it worked. All downloaded history such as itunes music and apps that I have downloaded onto my devices over time has been retained. Furthermore I can now use the "Find my iPhone app" to find both my iphone and iPad. Likewise will be able to use this revised appleid to access iCloud once available and synch my apps etc., Very pleased with iTunes Support's prompt response and remedy.

The OS and the preinstalled iLife apps are permanently assigned to the Apple ID of the original owner. You need to ask the original owner to call Apple Care and request that the Mac be released from his Apple ID.

Working. I have tried going on settings and to the apps store section and That has my new Apple id. I cannot sign into the old account as I no longer have access to the email address and for some reason the security questions I don't seem to be getting right so I cannot deauthorise it on iTunes. It's annoying as I cannot update or add any apps at all, when I try the old ID comes up with no option to change it. You need to ask Apple for assistance with getting back into your old ID. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to resolve this issue through the Account Security team, fill out and submit this form.

How can I change my apple itunes account

After update I entered my iCloud name for my apple ID account. I need to replace this with my original apple ID account email address. How can I do this? Called apple suport but they can't help with this. I changed my iCloud account already. my iPhone, iMac and other iPads all used the original apple ID account email address so syncing is a problem. It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

Cannot change anything in user account and family safety, even logging as an administrator account.

My 1st user account was an administrator account, 2nd user account was a standard account. 3rd user account was a guest account of window 8 single language, however i accidentally made a mistake by setting guest account from standard account to become an
administrator account. I also set down the 1st user account from administrator to standard account and after these stupid settings, the guest account becomes administrator account anyone can access in without any password, the 1st and 2nd accounts become standard
accounts! Before this mistake, the 1st user account was the main account of mine, 2nd and 3rd (guest account) were logged in very rarely.
The problem is when i logged in guest account as administrator, i cannot set the 1st or 2nd back to become another administrator account. Something has gone strange, it has been prevented me to set the others to be administrator and the guest back to standard
account. Being as an administrator account, the guest account was totally useless in changing settings. When i logged in with 1st and 2nd account, i also cannot change anything in the user account settings (change type of user account) and family safety, all
attempts to change the user account settings was useless such as i never tried. I also tried "refresh your computer without losing files" but not worked. Please provide me some advices!

Thanks for your reply. I tried to go to safe mode of win 8 by holding the shift key while clicking "restart" on the login screen. (My login screen now shows 3 account users). Then i chose troubleshoot -> advanced options -> windows startup
settings-> i went to safe mode. The safe mode only showed a complete black screen with an only window: "Administrator: cmd.exe". I did as you said (typing NETPLWIZ) and the User accounts window appeared. I went to "properties" of each
user account and set 1st and 2nd accounts to Administrator but got the error: "This user cannot be added. Access is denied." and another error window: "Usert accounts: the group membership for ... could not be updated."
Yesterday, i went to elevated command prompt as an administrator and typed "net user administrator /active:yes" with hope that the built-in administrator would be activated and i would use it for full control settings of 3 other user accounts.
But i got the error: "system error 5. Access is denied."
Now, my position is quite bad. Login with guest account which was set as administrator, i still can not have full control of this laptop, so that all attempts of mine to change the user account settings is denied. This guest account also does not have a
password at all so that everyone can open my computer without typing a password. Because access is denied, i cannot set a password for the guest account even now it is the administrator account and i am loging in it.

I went in registry editor in safe mode and did as you said but there was no "AutoAdminLogon", "DefaultUserName", "DefaultPassword". I only saw "AutoLogonSID" and other different names...

These phenomenon should be access rights problem, you need to check your current system User Accounts status. In my opinion, your administrator account probably disabled.
Open Run, type LUSRMGR.MSC, press Enter.
Then check your current system account which Group they are belongs to.

Cannot creat an Apple ID account

I forgot the password to my Apple ID account, so I go to iForgot and put my email address. Then I am I formed that I would receive an email regarding my problem and how to change my password. However, I never get such email, frustrated, I create a new email account (hotmail). And from there I start creating a new Apple ID account (using the email address of my new hotmail account. I plug in all my information and press continue, but "an error" occurs and all my information is lost. What should I do? Please help ASAP.

My computer was bought by my company (I own the company) for an ex employee. She left. I use it now. I can not install anything from the Apple Store because instead of asking my apple id, it asks the password for her apple id. So I want to change the Apple Id my computer/app store uses.

You will need to delete everything that was bought with her Apple ID and buy it again with your Apple ID.
If the Mac was set up with her Apple ID it would be best to erase the HDD and start over.
It is better to set up company Macs with a company Apple ID rather than allow folks to set up company Macs with their personal Apple ID, especially if they are going to buy content with company funds. Nothing that she bought belongs to the company, even if the company paid for it. It all belongs to her personal consumer Apple ID.
