I cannot connect to iTunes & the App Store ! I've tried powering off several times . Once I go the
iTunes Store , but still cannot access the App Store. Now I cannot access either one

I have solved my own problem . It seems that I had added my mobile # to my with friends network & when I removed it all issues were solved! Don't understand but everything is back to normal ! Go figure something that simple!

iTunes and the App Store are two different apps/stores. I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do. If you want to buy apps - go to the app store. If you want to but media - music, movies, TV shows - go to iTunes.

My iPod will or connect to iTunes or the app store, my computer recognizes my device, an has synced it, I've updated iTunes on laptop, reset iPod

My iPod 4th gen won't let me connect to the iTunes or app store, eventhough I can get on the Internet , I've reset an restarted iPod, I've plugged it up to computer(my computer does recognize iPod) i updated itunes on computer last, this iPod is a yr old and I've never had this problem:(

Nothing that requires and Apple ID or a password works, the WIFI, browser adn facebook all still work just the Apple stuff will not work. It repeately ask me to sign in. It works just fine on the desktop I can log in a buy stuff even transfer it to theI pad with a cable. But the I pad acts like it has been isolated by the os upgrade. Any Ideas on how to fix this?????

Try logging out of your Apple ID with the iTunes and App Store at Settings > iTunes and App Store. Select your Apple ID and at the window that appears, select Sign Out. Follow this by signing back in.
Regarding the Outlook password which is the password for the email account you are also accessing with the iPhone's Mail app, try deleting and recreating the account on the iPhone.

I tried to download the mountain lion but it says 'an error has been occurred' in the purchases section of the app store, what can I do now?

Every time I try and use iTunes or the App Store on my iPad Mini, I keep getting the message "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". However, on my iPod Touch 4th Generation - signed into the same account - it works with no problems. Can anyone help? Thanks!

As I've already mentioned, I can't connect to iTunes or the App Store, the same message appears every time: "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store". I downloaded a few apps before I connected my iPad Mini to my Computer. I started doing an update that was about 9 or 10 hours long, somewhere around that time, and I unplugged it about halfway through the update and since then I've not been able to get onto iTunes or the App Store. I checked to see if I could continue the update but when I looked on iTunes again, no updates appeared. On my iPod Touch 4th Generation, everything works absolutely fine and it is logged into the same Apple ID. I've tried resetting my Network Settings, logging into someone else's Apple ID, connecting to a different Wifi, changing the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8, rebooting my Computer and iPad and changing the HTTP Proxy to Auto. Is there anything else I could try or am I just overlooking something? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here, thanks!

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.

If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.
