I cannot connect to wireless from Ipad when I could 2 days ago. Still can connect to same wireless from other PC. What settings do I need to check?

I recently cannot connect to my neighbors wireless with my Ipad. I can connect with my PC. I feel like I have shanged a setting by accident but do not know where to start to correct this. I have the password to the account.

Are you receiving the signal? Do you see the white "fan" WiFi indicator in the upper left corner of the iPad screen?
Go to Settings>WiFi> and see if the network name is showing on the iPad. If the name is showing, you can try this ...
Tap on the network name, then tap on the blue arrow next to the network name and then tap Forget this Network. Restart your iPad then go to the settings again, tap WiFi - tap on the network name - enter the password and see if you can connect again.
Normally I would suggest unplugging the router for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again, but this is your neighbor's WiFi? Does he know you are using his WiFi access? If so, what a great guy!

You need a CONVERTER, not ADAPTER The setup:

Disconnect other USB devices from your computer and connect iPad to a different USB 2.0 port on your computer (not on your keyboard).
Turn iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Restart your computer. Then reconnect iPad to your computer.
Download and install (or reinstall) the latest version of iTune

If it worked before try rebooting your router - unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

You can also reset Network Settings - go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.Or go to Settings>WiFi>tap the blue arrow next to your network>Forget this Network. In either of those cases, you will have to rejoin your WiFi network and enter your password again.

I had the same problem like you. I can hear from the speaker, and when doing a recording and play back via the speaker. My iPhone 4 is out of warranty so I just got it fix at the small repair shop and cost me S$50. WIFi needs to enabled and you need to be connected to a network. Alternatively, you need Cellular Data to be "on". (Settings>General>Network). But it propably is a problem with your router (at least, it often is with me), provided you are using your private router. Try schutting it off and turning it on again. This usually sorts problems like this out.
