  • Cannot delete photos from iPod touch

I cannot delete photos from my ipod touch. There is no delete button.  help

Why did Apple program it to function this way?! I synced photos from my computer to my iPod. I threw away my old computer when I bought a Macbook Pro. I want to delete my previously synced photos from my old computer. How can I unsynced the photos now? Can I ask Apple to allow synced photos to be deleted? Can I also ask Apple to allow me to add more photos on my iPod to the album of synced photos?

  • Cannot delete photos from  iphone 5 downloaded from pc.  Tried all solutions using Itunes and it doesn't delete them from iphone

Cannot delete photos from iphone 5 downloaded from pc.  Tried the ITunes solution and it does not delete the photos.  Try a second time and Sync doesn't even start

I see the photos tab and "My Pictures" folder shows.  Sync is unselected.  It asks if I want to delete the photos when I click on sync and I said yes but it didn't work.  It does seem that some photos are removed based on available storage left (decreases).  If I select individual folders, subfolders of "My Pictures" then hit Sync deselected Sync doesn't even start.

  • Cannot delete photo's in Iphoto-09with Snow Leopard

Cannot delete photos from library in IPhoto 09. Whats happen is that the spinning thing starts and never stop. Then I must "force stop" the computer with on/off button. Any experienced the same thing?
I drag the photo from library - pictures to bin. Same happen when do short command.

I drag the photo from library - pictures to bin.
Which Bin? In the iPhoto Window? Or the main trash?
    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

  • I cannot delete photo's from my iPad., i cannot delete photo's from my iPad.

I cannot delete photo's from my Ipad that are in adobe file.

    Scenario:
I give my iPhone/iPad to a relative in a different city.
He or she wants to put his or her own photos on the device, but can't.  All the space is taken up.
So, he or she must bring the iPhone/iPad back to me to delete the unwanted photos.
There has to be a work around for this, but I haven't found it yet.

  • TS3274 cannot delete photos

I cannot delete photos in my ipad, at least the ones that show up in the photo application.  The ones in the camera application I can delete.

Chances are the photos that you think you cannot delete were copied to the iPad by syncing with iTunes on your computer. To delete those photos do another sync with your computer but before clicking on Sync or Apply, deselect the albums you no longer want on the iPad.

  • Cannot delete photos from camera folder in PC by USB connection

After few times update of iOS, I cannot delete the photos in iPhone 5 from my laptop. I can do it before but not now.
I usually connection my iPhone 5 through USB cable to my laptop.
Just go to My Computer and open iPhone photo album, then select, copy, cut or delete. This is my way to manage my photos.
I have not using iTunes for long time since the iCloud launch.
Please help me on this issue.
    Many thanks.

Not only was this design change an extremely bad idea, after updating my phone, it moved all the pics from my camera roll into a photos album that cannot be edited.  I can no longer delete any of these pics from my phone or from the USB connection, except from the camera roll which was added back. Now what??
How am I supposed to get rid of all the pics I don't want? This idiotic change created a big mess for me that there appears to be no way out of...

  • Cannot delete photos from panorama folder

Even though I have a 5c, I never tried the panorama feature until after upgrading to iOS 8. After taking the panorama, I wasn't pleased with it, and deleted it. The photo was moved to the new "Recently Deleted" folder, but also to the "Panoramas" folder. I know I can't delete the folder, but now I can't delete the panorama from the folder. In fact, since the original photo was "not editable," I created a duplicate in the folder, which I also can't delete. (Both have since been deleted permanently from the "Recently Deleted" folder.) No matter what method I try, I can't delete these photos, and only these two photos.
Please tell me they're not stuck there forever.

  • My iphoto no longer shows my photos in thumbnails.  I also cannot delete photos

My 21 month old son hit some buttons on my computer and suddenly my iphoto is all messed up.  When I click on an event or even on my photos on my source list, there are no longer any thumbnails.  The pics are all now full size and I have to scroll down to see them.  With this set up I can no longer delete photos or view them in a slide show.  Please help!!

I am having a similar problem when I click on an event, it brings up only one picture at a time.  I can't view multiple pictures on the screen at once - I have to scroll down and it shows only one pic at a time.  My 2yr old was playing with my mouse and not sure what she did!  I tried dragging the slider left, but the only thing that did was to make the picture that represents each event smaller.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks.

  • Cannot delete photos on iPhoto

    Hi there,
I have migrated my photos from iMac G5 OS X (10.4.11) to Mac Mini Snow Leopard. Everything went fine, except for the fact that on the Mini I cannot erase / delete any photos.
Can anyone tell me why this is the case?
    Cheers,
    Xbal

    Because
given that no one here knows anything except what you tell us that is the only possible answer unless you provide more information
    how are you deleting?
Are you emptying the iPhoto trash?
Are you deleting form rolls or albums?
why do you think that you can not delete photos?
What exactly are you doing and what is happening / not happening

  • Cannot delete photos in i Photo

Cannot locate the option that allows me to delete photos anymore, the only option it gives me is to forward photos.

I delete photos on the iPad all the time. Click on the arrow icon in the upper right to bring up the menu that has a delete button in it. If you viewing a single image there is a trash can in the upper right to delete the photo as well.
Here is how you can batch delete photos on the iPad...

  • I cannot delete photos in iphoto

Suddenly I am unable to delete photos in iphoto with either the delete button, dragging to trash, or clicking on the trash icon. I am now ONLY able to delete by holding down option + command + delete buttons at the same time. I've combed these archives also and found a number of solutions to this problem:
Open disc utility and fix permissions
Go into safe mode, fix permissions, indices, etc. in disc utility
Go into safe mode, open iphoto, delete photo, empty trash. Close, reopen as usual, delete, empty trash.
Remove iphoto, remove pkg files, reload from system disc
NONE of these solutions has worked! Does anyone have any suggestions? I am running OSX 10.8.5.

Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

  • Cannot delete photos taken with ios7; iphone5 ios 8.2

I cannot delete any old photos taken using the old ios 7.
I have tried, connecting to itunes, no option to delete photos there, moving photos from folders to desktop computer, moving photos to a new folder and then deleting them.  I am able to delete new photos taken since the install of 8.2, any old photos have a grayed out trash can. I refuse to use the cloud.

I have tried, connecting to itunes, no option to delete photos there,
You delete in iTunes by syncing with all albums, events, etc. deselected.  See this link:  iTunes: Syncing photos http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236
Synced photos can only be deleted by syncing again.

  • I cannot delete photos on the new ios 7 system. How do I delete them?

I can't delete photos on the new ios 7. I need to make space & cannot get the photos off my ipad even when I have it plugged in.

If photos were synced from your computer then they can't be deleted directly on the iPad, you will need to remove/de-select them from where you synced it from on your computer and re-sync.
