I cannot dismiss my events and not all my events are showing.

It looks like my calendar is not syncing properly. I have a yellow triangle with an ! in it next to my google calendar profile.

You might still be able to recover them using one of the methods discussed in this older thread, but many of them require a full functional, noncorrupted iPod filesystem in order to work properly.

Not all my songs are showing in itunes even though they are in the itunes Media Dir. I have spent hours trying to find out why so I moved the songs out of the Music/itunes/itunes media and uninstalled itunes. I then restarted my pc and re-installed itunes. When I opened itunes the same songs are still there (but cannot be played as cannot find location) even though I have not put anything back in the itunes media dir. To me there seems to be a refreshing problem as itunes is not looking at the directory even through the advanced preferences area is mapped to the correct area.

Apple's official advice on duplicates is here: Find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls such as lost ratings and playlist membership, or that sometimes the same file can be represented by multiple entries in the library and that deleting one and recycling the file will break the other.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background, this post for detailed instructions, and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.
(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed.)
The most recent version of the script can tidy dead links as long as there is at least one live duplicate to merge stats and playlist membership to and should cope sensibly when the same file has been added via multiple paths.

It sounds like you are wanting to download an album that you pre ordered, not all the songs are downloading. First, use this section of the following article to see if the tracks download:
Download a pre-ordered item
When a pre-ordered item becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know that you can download your pre-order.
If you enabled the option to automatically download prepurchased content in iTunes, then your pre-ordered content may already be in your library. If not, click the download link provided in your email notification, and your pre-ordered content will begin to download. You can also use the Check for Available Downloads feature in iTunes on your computer (choose Store > Check for Available Downloads) to begin downloading your pre-order.

Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "no" to creating a backup. (You don't want to overwrite the backup file with blank data.) You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPod. This time, say "yes."

Not all network computers are showing up

Hi, I am on a network at work and I can see some of the network computers, but not all. I checked iTunes on another person I work with's pc and they could see more users than I could. I looked at the network diagnosis and they matched other than the IP address of course. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

There is a daily limit imposed by iTunes on how many shared libraries you can access (5). If you've filled the quota, and users to whose libraries you've connected have logged off or quit iTunes sharing, then you see less than the maximum shared libraries until the next day.

Not all my titles are showing for each data set

I have made a column graph for 4 different data sets, I need the titles to show for each data set along the X axis. I highlight the titles in my data when making the graph, however, only two of the four are showing. Is there any way I can get all 4 to show?

Try clicking the chart then the blue 'Edit Data References' rectangle, and then in the lower left of the window switch from 'Plot Columns as Series' to 'Plot Rows as Series'. Then switch back if needed. All four should then show up.

If one has 2 devices that are ready for the move to the cloud and they don't share an identical contact list, iTunes collection, or calendar items, which device will dominate with respect to that info?
Will all contacts from both devices merge into one big list? Is there a way to do it? This is what I'm hoping for because in the move to Lion, my hard drive needed to be wiped and much was lost but which remains on the iPhone. In past synchings of the iPhone to the Mac Pro, I always seem to lose something in iTunes, Calendars and Contacts. I've checked settings and cannot find a reason that the two devices arrange to do this but if anyone has any ideas, I'd very much appreciate your suggestions.

Your profile states that you are using OS X 10.6.8, whereas you will require OS X10.7.2 or better in order to use iCloud. You will need to update to lion in order to use iCloud with your Mac.
To begin with, I would like to try to explain Apple's confusing nomenclature in regard to iCloud.
Apple have called the whole cloud thing iCloud, there are a number of features under the iCloud umbrella, some of which require their own login. iTunes is one of these, another is what Apple have unfortunately also called iCloud.
You can use the same Apple ID (account) to login to both iCloud and iTunes, but you don't need to and often users will login to each service using a different ID.
The part that you need to remember is that the services available when you log into iCloud are completely different and unrelated to those when you log in to iTunes. Your iCloud login enables mail, contacts, calendars, find my phone, Back to My Mac, Documents & Data sharing and photosstream, it does not affect any of your iTunes services.
To avoid confusion when discussing your problem, when I mention iCloud, I am referring to the services under the iCloud login, Whereas I will refer to the whole cloud thing as The Cloud.
In respect of contacts and calendars, when you enable synchronisation from your settings, you will be offered the opportunity to merge your information.

Cannot download from Gamehouse and Logler all other sites are ok

All other game sites except Gamehouse and Logler download ok. When I try to download these sites it goes to DAP and message is installer/stub. Window shows the download has finished but cannot open file.

Have you thought about DAP support? DAP is taking over downloads from Firefox, which makes it not a Firefox support issue. I used DAP for a short time 6 or 7 years ago and can't rememeber enough about it to try to help you figure out what might be wrong.

I just purchased a new iMac, and not all Youtube videos are not loading

Did you install the adobe flash player plugin? Download it only from the adobe flash player plugin download page. Mount the downloaded dmg and launch the installer. Check the agree to terms to enable the install button and then click the install button.
Once installed, the next launch of your browser should allow you to play youtube videos and flash videos on other flash video sites.

All of the webpages are showing up "strange" not all the colors are showing, not all the correct boxes are showing, and there are numerous errors in the error console (which doesn't help me)! Is there just a way to reset everything to go back to normal??

Not all RemoteApp Programs are showing in RD Web

Do you have any idea why some of the RemoteApp programs are not showing (missing 2 or 3 icons) on RD Web when you select RD Connection Broker as your source? But I'm able to view all of them when I select 'One or more RemoteApp sources' and put the RD
Session Host server in the RD Web configuration. I have more than 20 applications published in RD Session Host server.

Never mind. I figured it out. Those missing programs have long alias name. I trimmed down the alias by renaming the file and I'm now able to view them all. Not sure why it behaves that way with RD Connection Broker. Any idea what is the maximum allowable
character for 'alias'?

Not all export options are showing in Adobe Illustrator Draw app!?

I downloaded the Adobe Illustrator Draw App. Did a test run on the features. Meaning i just doodled. Then i went to export However only two choices show. A copy of image to Creative Cloud and one other. There is no way to put actual file with layers so i can open it in illustrator on desktop.
i deleted the app and re- downloaded the app. But still only 2 options show, which do not help.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!!!
Also, if can, please ket me know if this app is only for CC files on desktop?
i have CS6 programs on desktop not CC.

Hi dkendall-ks,
The "Send to Illustrator" functionality sends the file to your CC Adobe Illustrator desktop (Mac or Windows) application. For this functionality to work you need to :
1. Have the latest CC Adobe Illustrator 18.1.0
2. Be signed in with the Creative Cloud desktop app with the same account you are signed in your iOS Adobe Illustrator Draw app.
Once you have completed the steps above, the artwork you send from Adobe Illustrator Draw will be opened in your desktop CC Adobe Illustrator app as vector objects (except for images that you had imported).

Not all published folios are showing up in library. Any ideas?

I've tried rebuilding the viewer app. Also tried deleting and republishing the folios.

Each folio should have its own Product ID. For example, the May issue should be something like "com.mycompany.myappname.2013may" and the June issue should be something like "com.mycompany.myappname.2013june." If you use the same Product ID for different folios, only one folio will show up. The only time you should use the same Product ID for different folios is when you're creating renditions for the same issue, such as 1024x768 and 2048x1536 renditions for the June issue.

Not all Exchange contacts are showing up in Address Book

My exchange sync resulted in about 100 missing contacts in address book. Both outlook and iphone display the correct number of contacts...anyone else seeing this and know how to fix?

Oddly enough, my distribution lists are working, although they are invisible and thus uneditable... is this something we can anticipate a fix for any time soon?

Not all product attributes are showing in customer order details

Most of our products have 2 attributes and both attributes are set to mandatory. However, when an order is placed, only the first attribute appears on the order. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
