I bought a new iPad and cannot down load Facebook ,or using genius to install all my previous data from old iPad.

Not so good Christmas for your new phone. Nothing will work withou Blackberry internet service Plan. Facebook will work on Wifi Download Mini Opera for browsing Otherwise Get that Plan activated and Pay more.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

I had an apple account already and fixed it but when I went to down load Facebook the other wrong account was still there how do I get if off?

I made a mistake and made a new account and when I corrected it and went to down load Facebook the the wrong account is showing up and won't let me down load Facebook . How do I fix It?

Not enough information. You put your "real email" where? Where is the "wrong account" showing up? What are you doing when it shows up, and in what context does it show up?

That's because apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another iTunes account. You can contact iTunes support, explain the situation, and request they add these apps to the download queue of your new account:

it turned out that the "acrobat_com" that I was trying to update, was so
outdated that adobe was no longer supporting it, there fore I got the
error message when I tried to do the "mandatory" update. It had to be
uninstalled, and then the new one installed from the Adobe web site.

Can you try to download the latest AIR runtime from http://get.adobe.com/air/ ? Make sure all applications are closed when you run the installer.

I cannot down load certain PDFs

I have tried the solutions in the help section but after I type ''about:config' a bunch of choices appear and I cannot find the Filter box to type in "general.useragent' Is there a simple way to fix this? I am unable to down load most of my financial forms for tax returns. Earlier versions of Firefox did not have this problem. Please help

User agent longer than 128 characters
The user agent is the text that Firefox reports to websites and external programs identifying its version. With some versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, when Firefox has a user agent that has been modified to be unusually long (over 128 characters) Firefox will crash when loading PDFs.

There are lots of volunteers here that love to help. Nobody can do more than guess without a lot more detailed information. Worse, "down load" has come to mean so many things, you are not providing a single clue as to what is not working.

I am then told to unistall the Creative Cloud then reinstall it and try again. How can I down load the program I bought and paid for? Cannot down load macafee

I moved to bt because my macafee subscription was ending and I thought the bt offer was good value. For three months I have been unable to download macafee, spent hours on the phone to customer support , they have logged on my PC and now agree there is a problem their end and they are looking into it ( the Mcafee team) the one's you cannot speak to . The customer service team level 2/3 just keep telling me they are working on it i and have been told to load avg free or pay and load macafee direct which i know works, as they might never solve the problem. I have also been told I am not the only one having this problem Does anybody know what's going on between bt and macafee and why i cannot Load macafee Thanks

Cannot down load itunes. Had it before but couldnt update so I uninstalled it and removed all the components but I get a message stating the installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file. Then an error message

Then when I click that off it continues to download and says its complete and ready but when I try to open i get another message "error#7 itunes did not install correctly. Please reinstall. That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

It may have been taken down due to Apple's new rules regarding in-app purchases. We used to be able to buy movies as well as just queue up free content and Apple would likely require a % of the movie purchase price.
I do hope Shaw sorts this out. The current TV system is awful and the app was much nicer to use. Even if they give us back an app with just the free content available (which should abide by Apple's rules) then it would be better than the current system of nothing.
Alternatively they need to make a MUCH better website for VOD (or exo on demand as they're now re-branding it). I hate the organization by channel and prefer the alphabetic listing of the app.
