I cannot download a video I shot last night even though other similar videos have downloaded fine, any ideas why?

Hi,
I shot a video on my iPhone 4s last night and it won't download to my PC (running XP) or upload to facebook. It is only about 4 mins long and 690MB. I have successfully downloaded a couple of other videos of similar length so don't understand why there are problems with this one. It plays perfectly on the iPhone.
I have tried manually copying it and using the scanner and camera wizard, both download the file but it is 0 bytes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To properly diagnose the problem it's important to understand the environment. First off, what web browser are you using to view this content? Safari, Firefox, Chrome or something else? If you're using, for example, Safari have you tried watching the same video in Firefox or Chrome and is there any improvements? Are you certain it's a flash video that you're working or is it something else that's using a browser plug-in?
If you've got a first generation MacBook Air with the Intel GMA X3100 I'm not surprised that Football Manager run poorly on it, especially if it's a newer version of the game. If you have the NVidia 9400M it should handle it a little better but don't expect optimum performance, regardless the MBA is still running a shared GPU.

1. Resetting your iPad; hold down the Sleep and Home button for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

You can also resend the email verification if the email address is not verified:
Sign in to My Apple ID to manage your account information.
Click Resend under Primary Email Address.

In the newest firefox - when on youtube watching videos, I no longer see the streaming bar (lighter red) indicating the video has been downloaded. Any ideas why?

I have just upgraded to the latest firefox.
I have a problem streaming videos on youtube. Typically, when you stream a video on youtube, you can see on the "timebar", that the video is being downloaded shown in a lighter red, with the solid red the indicating which of the video you're already at.
However, in the latest version firefox, I longer see the streaming (lighter red) on the timebar, so I have no idea how much it has downloaded/streamed. I have updated my flash etc...but doesn't solve the problem. Can anybody help? Thanks!

There has been a change in where Firefox searches for plugins and the plugins folder in the Firefox program folder is no longer scanned for plugins, so Firefox won't find them anymore if they are installed in the plugins folder instead of the "browser\plugins" folder that Firefox now scans.
You can set the plugins.load_appdir_plugins pref to true on the about:config page to make Firefox scan the "<install>/plugins/" directory for plugins like the WMP plugin (np-mswmp.dll).

That would be AirPlay, not homesharing. THey are not related. Did you enable air play on all the devices?
Have you run the network test tools on ATV? Can ATV access the iTunes store, Netflix, etc?

Many still use unsupported ealier versions, and there is no real need to upgrade unless there is a real need.
Unless you have done something like installing new fonts or made other changes, it may be releavnt to look at the following list.

1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);

5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

Cannot download PS CC. Why does Creative Cloud apps tab show as blank when trying to download PS?

I am trying to download a trial of Photoshop but the download never starts. The Cloud app pops up on the top right of my screen but the apps tab just shows a rotating circle. I was able to download Lightroom with no problem but Photoshop won't download. Any idea what I can do?

Please follow the below steps
Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
 Navigate to the below location
 /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
 Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
 Launch Creative Cloud and check if the issue persists.

I cannot access any songs on my iPod classic. I had around 20,000 songs on it and it now says I have 12,00o but can't access them. Any idea why this has happened?

I cannot plug it into iTunes and reload as my MacBook crashed a few days ago and I had to get a new hard drive. Recovery software is unable to retrieve anything from the hard drive.
All the songs were from CDs so not saved in iTunes.
The iPod was last plugged into the MacBook one day before it crashed and it was Ok when I ejected it.
Could it be anything to do with this? Doesn't an iPod have its own memory? Any ideas why it has happened and if their is anyway of retrieving it? Is it best to just take it into an apple shop? I am no longer covered with apple support.

When I hover over artists or albums it says 'no artists/albums'.
I can upload again from my CDs but just wondering if there is anything to do. I live abroad so all my CDs are in storage.
