I cannot download any app on app store free..after i update my iphone 5 to ios 6.1.3..what should i do?
When install it,the icon on my homescreen only waiting..the app didn't run correctly..please help me!!! Emergency!!!there are some app i really need to use!!!
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.

Hi there, could someone help me here please - I can't open the iTune store after I updated my iphone 4 to iOS 7. The problem occurred about 5 days later after the upgrade. There are no error messages. As I tap on the icon it opens just for a fraction of a moment and then goes off and back to the main screen. Other apps are working just fine. 4S iphone I can connect to itunes on 3g and download an app no problem.
I can connect to wifi no problem and use safari , facebook etc...I can connect to appstore but cannot install any apps over the wifi. 'Unable to conect to itunes'.....

My Mavericks upgrade crashed my hard drive and I had to reinstall Mountain Lion. Now I cannot get any of the apps that I purchased to download. The icons on the launchpad just say "waiting" no matter what I try. My app store ID is fine. What do I do?
Are you now using a different username from the one you used prior to migrating? If so that is the reason for the problem. You might, then, give this a try:
To fix Home folder permissions
Open the Terminal application in the Utilities folder. At the command line prompt enter or paste the following command line:
sudo chown -R `id -un`:`id -gn` ~
Press RETURN. You will be prompted to enter your admin password which will not be echoed. -
I cannot download any apps , including free apps. I did purchase a game about a month ago using a prepaid card. That card I no longer use. The App Store declined the card. I just want to download free apps without te App Store wanting my credit card information . Help!!
i don't think you can use prepaid cards that aren't itunes gift cards for purchases in itunes anymore. if you don't see the option 'none' under payment options, then you need to add a card to the apple id. once you add it, you should then see the 'none' option and can choose not to use that as your payment method under settings > itunes and app stores > tap on your apple id and choose 'view apple id' > payment options

App store icon dissappeared from screen on ipad2, also cannot download or manage my apps in itunes when connected to my desktop. Need help!!
For the App Store icon check Settings>General>Restrictions. You may have restricted the installing of apps and the icon will disappear.
If that's not it, swipe from screen to screen as you may have moved the icon.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
More information is needed about the apps not syncing or downloading. Are you signed into the same ID on the iPad as your are using in iTunes on your computer and are you talking about iTunes on the computer being the problem? -
Cannot download any Apps even though I put in the correct password
I cannot download any Apps from my I-Pad or I-Phone,even though my Pasword is correct.I hit upload,then password is required,then the screen goes back to upload.
I have the same problem since this morning, when my Ipod touch (version 4.2.1) unexpectedly asked me for the network's password. Entering the password does not help, the message "Unable to join..." keeps appearing.
Last evening I was prompted to update, and did, Safary, Quicktime and Itunes, while my Ipod was connected to the PC. I have tried everything suggested above except restoring the Ipod from backup via Itunes.

Go to Solution.I had the same msg come up, go in2 setup, options, date and time. Now have a fiddle about with these settings. U mite have 2 change ur time zone 2 another country in the same time zone as u if that makes sense? Worked 4 me and many more people I've read about on here.
