I cannot download any apps on IPhone 5. It keeps saying "cannot connect to itunes store" even when I am perfectly logged in Itunes Store and App Store. Please help !

I have this problem too since ios6 upgrade.
4S iphone I can connect to itunes on 3g and download an app no problem.
I can connect to wifi no problem and use safari , facebook etc...I can connect to appstore but cannot install any apps over the wifi. 'Unable to conect to itunes'.....
Driving me insane.............

I cannot download any app from my iPhone 5 and only from my iPhone because when I purchase from my iPad or my Mac it works right, and always shows up this message "Could not be purchased at this time. Please try again later", it appears no matter if I download a paid app or free app, it always appears.

i don't think you can use prepaid cards that aren't itunes gift cards for purchases in itunes anymore. if you don't see the option 'none' under payment options, then you need to add a card to the apple id. once you add it, you should then see the 'none' option and can choose not to use that as your payment method under settings > itunes and app stores > tap on your apple id and choose 'view apple id' > payment options

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.

Cannot download any Apps even though I put in the correct password

I have the same problem since this morning, when my Ipod touch (version 4.2.1) unexpectedly asked me for the network's password. Entering the password does not help, the message "Unable to join..." keeps appearing.

I had the same msg come up, go in2 setup, options, date and time. Now have a fiddle about with these settings. U mite have 2 change ur time zone 2 another country in the same time zone as u if that makes sense? Worked 4 me and many more people I've read about on here.

You need to restore it with iTunes or wipe it from the phone itself... Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. Either of these will create a factory fresh phone, thus removing the restrictions. Note that ALL user data will be wiped.
