I cannot download apps anymore, neither in France nor in Holland,
IT says that my account has to be changed to the Dutch store but we are back in France now, cannot upate or download.
I changed my password but I am still having the same issue. I attempt to download (even a free app) and I have to verify who I am. I type in my password then I am redirected to Account Settings and I have to verify my payment Type. After I make sure that information is correct I get a notice in red "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes. I've gone to iTunes 3 times already, no fix. Starting to get highly irritated.

I have tried going into settings, store then logged out and powered down and restarted, logged back in but that didn't work.
Your iPad may show the wifi signal level, but you still may not be wifi connected to the internet.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

It may be that security is blocking the download, so I suggest downloading Digital Editions first and then installing from there. Check out the kb doc below, it has links for manual downloads of Digital Editions for both Intel-based Mac and PowerPC Macs.

Generally speaking, if you can't find the books you want in the iBookstore, try one of the other stores which provide free ereader apps, such as Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Google, or Sony.
Regarding ClubReader, ask the people who make it. -
hope yu can help!! when i try to download an app from the store, on my iphone 4s..the app goes to waiting, or paused(if i tap on it)

Hi mike,
Seems like a frustrating problem! Try restarting your device, and trying again. If that doesn't work, in settings, under store, tap your apple id at the bottom of the page, and then sign out. Sign back in again, and try again.
Also, check you have enough remaining space on your iPad for the app you want to download, you can do this in settings, then general, then usage.
I also reccomend buying the app in iTunes on your computer, and then syncing it to your device.
Let me know how you get on, and I'll get back to you with further help if needed,

If the App Store doesn't recognize your password, you should try to log into iTunes on your PC and make sure your password still works. If it doen't work there you may have been hacked and you will need to get in touch with Apple directly.

Not able to Download Apps anymore.....
Can't Download Apps anymore....
For about three weeks now, I have not been able to download apps from the market or any other site.
I am able to scroll through the apps or scan the code, but when I click the install, I get this following message every single time:
"Sorry....
The Application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
- Force close -"
No matter how many time I attempt to install, on different apps at different times of the day, I get the same annoying message.
Now, perhaps something I downloaded in the past is interfering with new app downloads.....I dunno.
Any ideas on how to correct this please...?

Astro JoeI feel your pain! I had a very similar situation with my LG Ally last week. Suddenly, and for no apparent reason, I couldn't update any apps (it would literally be downloading for HOURS), and I couldn't install any new apps either. I performed the whole shut down/restart thing; pulled the battery; even did the factory reset more times than I can count, and I still kept getting an error message. (Can't remember exactly what the message was; something to do with google and "the process" stopping unexpectedly). Finally called Verizon customer support - they did what they could (which was very little - surprise, surprise). They said they could replace the phone, but suggested that I call LG support first, which I did. LG was even more useless. Called Verizon again, they transferred me to tech support. Tech support was unfamiliar with the error message I was receiving, but they were more than helpful in getting me a replacement phone.
Now, I have a couple of things to say about Verizon support. Despite the constant complaining I hear on these forums about Verizon, I have NEVER had a problem with them - EVER. I have been a Verizon customer forever - it is the only wireless provider I have ever had. They have never been anything other than helpful and pleasant, no matter what I called about - my plan, my phone, whatever. When I called last week about this current issue, the people I talked to were professional, helpful, and nothing less than courteous even though I'm sure I was not the nicest person at the time. The last tech that I talked to on Wednesday evening at almost 11pm, was very apologetic about my particular problem, and even kicked in free overnight shipping so I would have my phone before the holiday weekend. He didn't have to do that, but that my friends, is the definition of Customer Service.
But I digress.......
My recommendation, Chicagoastro, is to call customer service and see what they can do for you. At worst, they will do nothing and you are screwed. At best, they just may send you a replacement phone. NOTE: I did not receive a "new" Ally, but a replacement - bare bones, no charger, no battery, no back, no SD card. I didn't care one bit. It works, and that is all that matters.

Cannot download apps or login to app store on ipad
Hi everyone.
I've moved my family over to family sharing instead of having everyone on my ID.
All working OK except my sons ipad air.
Cannot download apps (put in password and it just goes straight back to the 'get' button, no error message)
Have tried:
forcing ipad to shut down.
Logging out of store.
attempted to download app whilst logged out of store. Still same problem.
Tried my ID to login or download. Same problem.
Have checked family settings to make sure he can download apps without asking. All OK.
Apps are age appropriate.
Restrictions are set to allow apps to download
time settings are on automatic
Forgetting network and setting it up again.
using phone as hotspot didn't work either
Now a further problem:
Logged out of iTunes and App store. Cannot log back in on his ipad. Works on his phone and my computer, so the password and username are 100% correct.
Does anyone have anything else I can try?

When I click on download, it asked for my password. I typed it, and it asked again (no error message). I typed it again. It asked again. I typed it again and then it asked if I wanted to use an existing I'd or a new one. I clicked existing. Typed in my email and password, clicked ok. Then it asked me again... Existing or create a new one. This happens every time now.
steps I have tried:
I tried to reset my password. No good.
I tried logging out from settings and logging back in there. No good. (In fact, in settings, it won't even let me TRY to login. I click on the blank Apple ID box and it asks if I want to use an existing or create a new one. I click existing and nothing happens. No option to login at all.)
I tried resetting all settings. No good.
I tried a full reset (all content and settings). No good.
I tried resetting DNS. No good.
I Tried multiple different networks. No good.
if it matters, I do have a MDM device that is set up through my work's Active Directory. But it worked fine a few days ago before upgrading to iOS 8.3.
WHen I did the full reset, I was able to login to my work's configuration, but when it got to the set up Apple ID menu, I had to skip it because it still would not let me log in.

I have found an article that can help you to troubleshoot this issue with your iPhone. The article can be found here:

Specifically, the first three steps listed in the article, and outlined here below, might be the most helpful to you:
1. Update your device software
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
2. Check for app updates
Ensure that your apps are up to date:
Open the App Store and tap Updates. If updates are available, tap Update All.
When prompted, enter your iTunes Store account information. App Store will then download and install the application updates.
Note: Some applications may require a Wi-Fi connection to update.
3. Install another app from the App Store
If none of your user-installed apps will launch, there could be an issue with Apple ID authorization. Download and install a free (or paid) app that isn't already installed on your device to reset this information. You could also remove an app from your iOS device and download it again from the App Store or sync the app from your computer.
Note: If you have installed apps using multiple Apple ID accounts, you may need to perform this step for each account.
