I cannot download Flash Professional CC

Few months ago, I had no problems downloading Dreamweaver CC onto my computer. Now, I cannot download Flash Professional CC because of the operating system. I am currently running Vista.

Okay so I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Pro. I've gone to creative cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)" and I have no idea what to do afterwards... There's no way to open or run the file. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's the right download... Help!

I'm using PC with Windows 8.1. I got onto the Creative Cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)". <--- That would be the file. I can't open or run it from CC and I couldn't find a file in my computer either.
I've also found direct downloads for the trial version and hit the set-up button, it loads up, and then nothing happens.

HELP!! CANNOT download FLASH @ all

My mom (a Mac user) did something to my computer a PC when
she was here last week... loaded some mapping program and when she
was done she deleted it... only I think she got carried away. My
Flash Player is no longer on my computer. I have Adobe Reader but
everything regarding Flash is gone!!!
My HP is only four months old and has been EXCELLENT up until
now. I am a 'user' of the computer... I don't normally dork around
with settings and stuff because I am afraid of screwing it up and
not knowing how to fix... But here I am...
I have tried reloading from this adobe site the newest flash
player ... and I get the download page... without the download
button icon for me to push and iniate the process. It just isn't
there. At first I was having some kind of issue tied in with Java
and I managed to get that fixed and now I can at least 'see' some
little icons on certain pages, but I cannot download Flash Player
from the source.
I found a site somewhere suggesting to completely wipe any
remnants of flash from the computer so I managed to 'uninstall'
it... and now it doesn't show up as a program file at all. But I
still cannot load ANY version of Flash Player.
I run Internet Explorer and have nothing to do with Firefox
or Motzilla or those things.
Not sure if it matters, but I also cannot open my yahoo
instant messenger. I also get an error message (which lead me to
the Java issue) when I wanted to open my mail.
I know enough to really screw this up more, and now I know
enough to never let my mom near my computer again...
Does anyone know of a site that has a better 'help' area than
this one, and a bit more interaction. I am begining to think I need
to completely reset the computer.
Any advice would be extremely helpful.

I am referring to flash that lets you VIEW... I didn't even
know about the 'creative' side of Flash Player.
I am running Vista and have IE7, and I am fairly certain I
had Flash Player Version: 9,0,47,0 installed before it disappeared.
I have (had) my system set up to automatically update when new
things came out.
I have also noticed that there might be an issue with Quick
time... I do run iTunes on my computer, and have QuickTime. I have
changed all my defaults so Quick time is not the default.

So i attempted downloading Flash Professional Cs6 trial, but my laptop died minutes before it finished, i know it can run on my laptop i already have photoshop cs6. I need to know what i can do about this so it doesen't stop me from purchasing the real thing. It won't let me pause it or cancel. I've tried uninstalling the download assisant, but it comes back with the error message "FlashPro_12_LS16.dmg error -4960" and the program is still "extracting". I need help on how to cancel or erase this failed download, thank you

You can reset the download process by completing solution 1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1. You can then try the download again.
If you continue to face download diffculties then you can initiate a direct download by following the directions listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.

When I try to save it it is not saved where it tells me that it is saved. I downloaded reader and that was successful. I did disable shockwave in my addons because that was slowing yahoo opening up. So when I download flash everything looks successful but then it is not there.

Adobe Flash Player - Downloads. Locate a Flash version that will work in Tiger. Or you can try upgrading the hardware and software in order to use the current version of Flash. But that would depend on exactly what hardware you have. Only Intel hardware can be upgraded to Snow Leopard and beyond.

Cannot download Flash Player 11

When trying to download Flash Player 11 to my Windows 7 32-bit OS, after partially completing the download a error message states 'cannot contact a reliable source.' Whatever source of this error code it is preventing the files from loading.
Any idea as to what the problem is?

I have a MAC OS 10.3.9 1.6GHz Power PC G 5 and cannot download the Flash Player 9. I get an error message that reads:

Each time I go to that web page I and try to download it will not work. My kids use Nick Jr and no longer can get on. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you for your time and help.

I'm not sure why you posted your question in the OS 9 Forum instead of the OS 10.3 (Panther) forum, but FlashPlayer 9 for OS X is available at this site.

Windows 7: Cannot uninstall, cannot download Flash Player

Windows 7 64 bit using IE8 32 bit.
Problem 1: Using You tube from user account: says I do not have FP installed, click here to install. This fails, so I go to the administrator account and try from there.
Problem 2: Uninstalling
I’m having problems downloading and installing AFP. I start here and it shows that “You have version 10,0,42,34 installed.” http://go.adobe.com/kb/ts_cpsid_83713_en-us
I go to Flash Player Uninstaller : http://go.adobe.com/kb/ts_tn_14157_en-us
I run uninstall , reboot but first site shows that “You have version 10,0,42,34 installed.”

Problem 3: downloading
If I go to Flash support on 64 bit operating systems (http://go.adobe.com/kb/ts_6b3af6c9_en-us) I get in a never ending loop because when I click on “Using this 32-bit Internet Explorer, download and install the latest, most secure version of Flash Player (Flash Player Download Center).” It takes me back to the same page so I cannot download.

I have followed this and I now have Flash Player installed.

If I go to the same site from an administrator account I do not get this message.
I rebooted and logged in as a user and got the same message. I clicked on "Click here", entered the admin password and shut down IE and got this message:(I am not aware that I have anything open which may be causing the problem.)(But why should I need to install FP when it is already installed?)

Cannot download Flash Player 10

I have been unable to download the latest flash player, so
half of my websites no longer work. I get the error "Cannot
download dll". I have called adobe customer service twice, and they
have been unable to help. They gave me a url to download it
www.adobe.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_msi/ but this gives me the
error "Error 2330 C/Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash Get last error:
1392" and will not install. I was told to try the forum as customer
service could not help and there is no techical support.
I am using Windows Vista and IE 7. I have java installed.
Any help would be appreciated!!

Well.. both ABC and the CW use the Move Networks player. This
player somehow involves Flash Player, but I don't know how, it's a
proprietary thing (abc and move and i think cw are all owned by
Disney).
So if it's just trouble with the full episodes, your best
choice is to contact those networks.
To determine if this is more of a Move player thing or a
Flash Player 10 thing, just go to the root of
http://www.cwtv.com/ and see if all
the Flash Player content on the home page FP10 is working. They use
lots of Flash on the site (but not for the full episodes, that's
move player)
So we need to clarify a few things here
-- is it -only- the full episodes that fail?
-- what OS and browsers are you trying?
-- do other Flash sites work (youtube, hulu, etc..)

Downloading Flash Professional CS6: Gets to 99% and crashes.

I'm having some very serious problems downloading Flash CS6 onto my computer. I have a 2009 Macbook Pro and just recently had all the parts replaced (new 512GB hard drive, 4GB 1067 Mhz DDR3, 2.53 GHz Intel Core Duo Processor) and just installed Mavericks (10.9.4).
Flash CS6 worked perfectly before my new parts, but now when I try to install it initializes the installer, begins the installation, gets to 99%, freezes, and ultimately crashes my computer. I have tried all of the troubleshooting I've found (restarting the computer, downloading the .dmg from different browsers, using the Adobe CC Cleanup Tool). And, because I have to force restart my computer each time, no installation logs are recorded in the library.
The errors that I see in the PDApp are as follows:
