Hello,
After upgrading to Yosemite, i wanted to go on to iMovie, but i have to update. So i try to update but it refuses and tells me: "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
So what i understand is because i bought this mac in the US and I'm using it in the UK its not letting me update it. But what i don't understand is that i was able to upgrade to Yosemite with my mac knowing i was in the UK.
How can i update my applications?

Perform the following, stopping with the first one which works:
1. Open the Mac App Store's Purchases tab. If you're prompted to accept it and the other iLife/iWork applications into your Apple ID, do so.
2. Move them out of the Applications folder(they may need to be put into the Trash temporarily), and then see if you can download them for free from their individual product pages. If you're asked to buy them, see #3.
3. Click here, contact Apple, and wait for a response.
4. Buy them.

Cannot restore my iPad2 after failing to install ios5, please help!

Using PC with Windows Vista and already upgraded iTunes to version 10, but when I tried to upgrade my iPad2 to ios5, I keep getting error msg 6. I have no issues with the iTunes store, I turned off the Firewall but now I cannot even use the iPad as it's stuck in recovery mode with the screen showing a usb cable and iTunes logo.

Hi, just purchased a new ipod shuffle gen 2 on the weekend. Have tried numerous times to download i tunes 7.5 but it keeps coming up with error message, itunes75setup.exe is not a valid win32 application. And it just wont go any further. This is very frustrating as i cant even play my new ipod. does anybody know how to help me??

Try downloading a copy of the installer to a different PC (preferably one in which an iTunes 7.5 install has already gone through successfully).
burn the iTunes75Setup.exe (installer) file to a CD-R (or copy it to an external harddrive, and carry the CD or ExHD back to your PC. Copy the iTunes75Setup.exe to your desktop (don't try to run the install from the exHD or CD), and then try starting the install by doubleclicking the iTunes75Setup.exe on the desktop.

Itunes 10 will not download - freezes up after 1-2% complete. PLEASE HELP!

My daughter purchased an upgraded Ipod Touch (6G to 64G). She had Itunes on her computer but needs to upgrade to Itunes 10. She starts the download and it just freezes up. It goes from 6 minutes to 2 hours to 12 hours etc. I tried to download the application on my computer thinking there may be something with her computer. I never had Itunes on my computer and it is doing the same thing - freezing up! She spent alot of money on this ipod and is totally unable to use it. We both have Dell laptops running Windows XP. Could it be a setting or somthing that is prohibiting a fast, smooth download? I really need some help!

Well, what version iOS do you have? What version does the software require? Have you tried contacting the developer?
Doing a restore only deletes them from your device. Simply re-installing them via iTunes solves the problem of "wiping out all my music and files"

I received an email receipt from itunes 4 days after I purchased the app!! Is this for real?? My wife got one also and she made no purchase. Both were for .99
Email says billed to paypal but no record of a transaction in PayPal account now or 4 days ago! Wife's PayPal account however shows a .99 charge. She called PayPal and they told her to change her password. They Also removed the charge! PayPal rep did not mention Apple or the App Store or iTunes!!!
