I cannot download my adobe creative suit 5 design premium because it says my serial number is invalid but Adobe customer care said it valid...i don't understand why it still not working??

I have upload my Adode Creative Suit 5 design premium on my first apple mac pro successfully.,i purchased in a retail shop few year ago...!as it have two use of the CD when installing ..i'm trying to install it on my other apple mac pro..but this time it is say that the serial number is not valid..i got it checked by Customer care, they said it is valid and should be working when set up on my laptop..can someone pose help as i don't know who to turn now to find answers...many thanks

Hi Rich,
The cause of this can be multiple. First of all be sure you use the original CD + serial. In case of a download same story. Try to find out if the installed version match the language of the serial (they need to match). Last but not least: Check if you use a upgrade version, if so it might be needed to fill 2 serials.
Can you share a screen of the error (please hide the SN )

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium trial version says my serial number is invalid?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium from my my community college's bookstore in 2010. I successfully have used it all this time, but I recently bought a new laptop. This new laptop does not have a disk drive, but I was able to download the trial version of it online. It downloaded great, and I have been using the trial version, but the trial is up in one week. I deactivated my serial number on my old laptop, and then tried to enter it onto my new laptop, but the error message keeps saying "Incorrect Serial Number": "The serial number you entered is not valid." However, the serial number is definitely valid, and I spoke with Adobe and they just checked and were able to see that I do have an activation available for this serial number. Why won't it accept it?
Side Notes:
The licensing is Student Licensing
I downloaded the correct creative suite (Creative Suite 4 Design Premium)
I typed in the serial number correctly and checked multiple times
I cannot afford to purchase an updated version nor Adobe Creative Cloud at this time

Same thing happened to me, except I lost disk 2 and was told to go to the forums.. Seems Adobe isn't too great on their customer service or fixing issues. The problem I was told, was that we have "Student" serials and the one from the download isnt a student version.

I purchased adobe creative suite design premium as a student and was supposed to be able to download it onto one more computer if needed and now because my other laptop has crashed I still need to use the software on my new laptop. the files load and I get the read only files but it won't set up like the original installation. What kind of company doesn't have customer phone representative service on software we pay big money for?

If you are not able to find your version, if you identify it then a more direct link might be available.

Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Student Edition... Serial number problems!

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me!
I purcahsed the Creative Suite CS3 Design Standard, Student Edition, about 8 months ago, and sent off a copy of proof of being in full time education to retrieve my serial number. I haven't recieved one as of yet, and I am a bit lost as to what to do next! As I'm sitting here with software that I cant even use! :(
Would anyone know who to contact about this?
Any help would be REALLY appreciated (as all my design coursework is slowly pilling up haha!)

Please ensure that Acrobat trial version is removed completely from your system.

When/how do i download the CS6 upgrade promised by deal on Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5?

I purchased from Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5 Student Edition. The deal Adobe had promised was a free upgrade to CS6 as soon as it became available to do so, if i bought the package before a stated date, i did so and installed it. My question is how (or when) do i access my free download of CS6 versions of the software contained within Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5. My pruchase of the product hinged on this promised free upgrade so it is very important to me to find out how/when i can expect the download.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium in 2010 i am rebuilding my hard drive. How do I redownload and install these. Will there be any different way to do it if I end up buying a new hard drive?

How do I download and re-install Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web Premium CS6 Win?

Downloaded from Adobe site (Download CS6 products). Downloaded both File 1 and 2 Design and Web, English version. Both files are on my desktop in the same folder. Do I just need to run the .exe (file 2) to install CS6 (just thought to ask/ maybe try that)? I have my serial number I can enter once it is downloaded.
