I cannot download the recent episode of Breaking Bad.

I cannot download the recent episode of Breaking Bad.  I received the email from Apple that the episode was availbe.  I clicked download, but I do not see anything happening.  I reclicked the link and got a message that I could not do it again.  I do not know what to check next.  Thanks.

Are you in a country where TV shows can be re-downloaded - if you are then have you tried deleting that copy from your iTunes library and re-downloading it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?
When you say that you used the feedback page, do you mean the feedback page (which you won't get a reply to) or the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history on your account or the contact iTunes Support page ?
'report a problem' : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

    Either quit iTunes and launch it again or restart the entire computer. It's amazing how many times a simple restart can solve a problem. Hopefully it does for you.

    Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    If you have tried trouble shooting your iPod to no avail after all the steps above, chances are your iPod has a hardware problem. The iPod's built-in Diagnostic Mode is a quick and easy way to determine if you have a "bad" iPod.
    You need to restart your iPod before putting it into Diagnostic Mode. Check that your hold switch is off by sliding the switch away from the headphone jack. Toggle it on and off to be safe.
    Press and hold the following combination of buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds to reset the iPod.

    Ok, weird. The episode is in iTunes yet there was no email that alerts to the download. You download the 'about' 3 min. episode and it says that's all available for the apple ID. yet, going to the main TV show episode site allows you to do the download. Well, this never happened before. Glad to have the episode but iTunes is giving me a real headache.

    Apple says TV shows should be available 24 hours after it is played onteh network.
    However, Apple cannot put them into iTunes until they get them from the network.
    You should update to Mac OSX 10.6.8.

    I've tried this on multiple products so I believe its specific to iTunes not a particular device.

    Same thing here- Get the email but nothing but the Inside featurette. It's really annoying. In fact I can't even download it normally using the check for available downloads feature! Every time I do that iTunes tries to download doubles of three Walking Dead episodes I've already downloaded. I don't want what I already have, I just want the new episode.

    Try this:
    First create an empty folder...no photos in it...now, connect your phone and under the photos tab select sync photos & select this folder. Since there is nothing in it, no photos will be added to your phone, but hopefully this will remove the photos that are on your phone.

    Hello- I was able to resolve the issue after clicking on the top right hand corner that shows the recent downloads (it has that down arrow).  I realized that I had tried downloading the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager about 7 times, but still needed to click on the file and install!  So I erased all the duplicates and installed one of the Flash Player Install Managers and it finally worked!  Yay!

  • HT201272 Cannot select SD to download the latest episode.

    I purchased Season 3 of Falling Skies in SD, not HD.
    I have to go in and manually download my purchases.
    When I select the SD button, nothing happens, iTunes still displays the information for HD.
    Because I cannot select SD, I cannot download the latest version (unless I buy it again).
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I am with the rest of you.  I currently have about 8 shows i bought the season pass for (all in SD), all of which have the same issue discussed above.  In fact a lot of things stopped working along these lines.  If i receive a notice email that i have new episodes ready for download and then use the "Store>Check For Available Downloads" option, comes back and says "All purchases have been downloaded for this ID".  If i then try to go to the shows page and click the "SD" button, the "HD" tag next to the shows name is gone, but the HD price is still isted and and download the SD version is not an option, as discussed above.  So my back up plan, as one of the last posters suggested, go to the "Purchased" page and download the items there.  Usually this works, but sometimes the show, that has an episode ready for download, is not even listed there, though usually much later in the day will eventually appear there.
    This all started happening to me maybe about 2 weeks is ago?  Anyone else have this issue, find a solution, heard if apple is working on this?

    I purchased a tv series and downloaded the first episode, when I went to download the next episode a message popped up saying "this computer is already associated with an apple id.....You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 41 days" and won't let me download the rest of the shows even though I haven't changed accounts and I'm using the same account I purchased the shows with.

    It's been months, so you may not care anymore, but you can't download songs from multiple Apple IDs over a 90 days period.  Sorry, it's not allowed for legal reasons.
