I am still new to all of this
I cannot download updates re photoshop and illustrator an error message comes up saying that I am unable to extract files
I do have an open case number re this query but am rarely free during office hours to sort

When I try to do a CC update I get an U44M1I210 error message, "Update failed - Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press retry to download again. (U44M1I210)" - help please - re-downloading makes no difference, applies to latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC, others seemed to update without problems. I can see the disk image files in AAMUpdater folder but they will not open and come up with "couldn't be opened - resource busy" message.

Yes Jeff, I did all those several times to no avail.
I've included a small error snippet from two installs here. In Creative Cloud when updating the Apps, all 3 get to 50%, then the failure occurs. Retrying starts at 50% and fails the same way each time.
This first one is a segment from the Indesign updater - I have always had the all hard drive folders with read and write privileges allowed and I checked again, this is still the case so I do not know why this particular error message is arising. The second snippet if from the Illustrator update.

What updates are you trying to download?
The last update was 9.0.3 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Photoshop Elements
The last supported Camera raw is ACR 6.5 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Plug-ins -> Camera Raw
Do you have a reason to update?

Unfortunately, I am unable to download updates from the App store.Whenever I tried to download updates, it shows me an error message, "we could not complete your request. there is an error in the App Store. Try again later (100). Your Apple ID has been disabled, contact iTune support". However,the problem still persists even after my password has been successfully reset. What is is the error in the app store? I really need help to resolve this issue.
Moreover,I also need help how to update to the mountain lion free of charge as my Mac pro is four(4) days old.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Updating CC Photoshop and Illustrator on Mac stuck at 0%

I just installed Creative Cloud on a new Macbook Pro and was notified about Photoshop and Illustrator updates. I try update them and they just stay stuck at 0%. I've tried this a few different times on different days and wifi networks with the same result. Here are the screenshots.
It just stays like the second screenshot no matter how long I leave it there.
How can I update the software?

Linking and updating between photoshop and illustrator cs6

Im having trouble with linking my files from photoshop to illustrator on a mac.
Im using CS6 and it used to work fine, I'm not sure if I disabled a option somewhere but now It doesn't update the files when I make changes.
For example if I'm making a change in photoshop and saving it, It should ask me to update in illustrator but it doesn't

Jean posted perhaps the best solution for your problem.
A template is an Illustrator document for startup. You can create a document...place all the colors you want to the Swatches panel....insert contents to symbol, brushes, graphic styles and so on. Then you can go File > Save as Template.
Now...when you want to start a new document..you could File > New from Template. Then new document will have all the stuffs of the template, including other specifications like rulers viewed...guides...
But even using template you cannot update a batch of documents...The template is only a document for start...and it does not keep linked to new documents based on it.
Or you try via script (do not know how further it would help) or try the alternative given by Jean.

Cannot download music from iTunes. Receiving error messages -8201 and -8217, and "not enough access privileges" message. Not sure how to proceed.

I have read some posts about changing the permissions in the iTunes folder, but not quite sure I understand. Which files should be granted read and write access? Am I in danger of doing further damage to my iTunes folder?

Okay i just figured this out and am willing to help. In finder, go to your Itunes media folder, wherever it is located, there are several files in it, (music, movies, podcasts, mobile aplications, ect...) you should find a folder that is labeled "downloads", right click it and choose "get info". at the bottom of the popup window, theres a section labeled "sharing and permissions" expand it. make sure all the users there read "read & write" close the popup window and make sure it saves. you should have no more problems. If the problem still persists, make sure the folders that are before the "downloads" folder have permission as well. If it STILL persists, exit itunes, delete the "downloads" folder, and restart itunes. Hope I helped!

Cannot download updates in SCCM after SP1 Updrade

Hi all,
I have upgraded my SCCM 2012 RTM to SP1 last week and since then I cannot download updates.
It gives the error message "Error: Failed to download content id 16779439. Error: Access is denied
I have tried reinstalling WSUS onto the server which seems to be working fine, but I still cannot download the updates in SCCM.
I am a full administrator of SCCM and a domain admin on the Server itself.
Any help would be appreciated.

Im not sure what permissions I should be looking for, Everyone has read access to the foler, there is a Network Service account with full access, and other than that WSUS Administrators and Administrators groups have full access also.
