HELP!!!! I cannot get Pro to load...or even get to a place wehre I can eneter a code number to install it! ELP NOW!!!! I have a Windows 7 operating system and am about to go nuts with this. I have never ever seen anywhere that you bought a program and it didn't just intall and start!

Connect your iPod and in iTunes click on the name of your device which should appear in a tab towards the top right of the screen. In the tabs that appear click on music, pick what you want to sync, then click apply.

Have you double checked to make sure these Audiobooks are configured to sync to your iPod from under the iPod's Books configuration tab in iTunes? This is assuming that the audiobooks are already stored in your iTunes library and appear under the Books category.
To access this configuration tab, plug in your iPod and select it from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes to bring yourself to the iPod's Summary tab. Now locate the Books tab across the top in the main iTunes window and select it. Here you can configure what and how audiobooks are synced to the device.
If you make any changes to this tab, make sure to hit the Apply button on in the lower right hand corner. This will sync the updated changes to your device.

You have a 1st generation iPod Touch.

Well, the Import/Export instructions make it seem as if the two computers should be able to communicate this file thru wifi, but that's the linkage I can't seem tocreate with Import/Export. Should I instead email a copy to myself (thats what applecare suggested)? Copy it to and from a thumb drive? But then place the file where? And the article was helpful, but should I be trying to move the Library file or the Library.xml file (as iTunes Help suggests)? Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

He dragged the icon out of the dock at the bottom and disappeared. That icon is merely a "shortcut" that opens the application when you click on it.
You still have the app. Open your applications folder and look for the App Store app icon. Click and hold down on the App Store icon and drag the icon down into the dock to replace it. That puts the shortcut back into the dock.

Sorry, Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

My computer crashed and I was using Chrome, not have firefox and cannot figure out how to get my "Favorites" into firefox. I have located the file on my computer, but it's not on any ISP.

Once you have those bookmarks in firefox use the firefox Bookmarks menu to see and click on the required bookmark, that will take you to the location of that bookmark, which usually will be somewhere out on the Internet.

Are you saying you've lost the "Basic" tool tab?
If yes, just right-click on one of the other tabs and select "Basic" from the context menu that's presented.

Cannot figure out how to get 3rd party plugins to load

Hey All.
I'm attempting to use 3rd party plugins (specifically, ValhallaFreqEchoMkI 1.01), and I cannot figure out how to get them to show up in MainStage (ver 3.0.4). I know how to use native plugins as chanel strips and in the Audio FX section on the strip, but I cannot figure out how to ACCESS the patches I have downloaded. Please help!

I checked with your account and it shows that you have purchased an annual subscription of Adobe ExportPDF online service. Right?
ExportPDF service does not require a serial number to access it.
All you need to do is sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and password.
Then, you can upload PDF files from your computer and convert them to other formats like Word, PowerPoint, etc.
On completion, you can download the converted file on your computer and edit it for further use.

If your iPhone 4 was running iOS 5, you can't install iOS 5 on an iPhone 3G which means you can't restore the 3G from the backup of the iPhone 4 running iOS 5.
