I cannot find any prompt for me to give a serial number for my copy of Photoshop CS5.
I have used CS5 happily on my old computer for about two years but cannot find anywhere on the Adobe site where I might download something other than the Creative Cloud. I do not have nor want a CC membership. Where do I input my serial number so I can start using CS5 on my new computer.
Thee issue is that I can't figure out what to do with the files. I run windows 8 on my PC and there are two files that I've downloaded from that very link, one file is an .exe which is fine I know what to do with that, the other is a file that my computer does not know what to do with. I've launched the .exe but I don't know what to do now.

I downloaded Lightroom version 5.7 in order to support tethered capture on my Nikon D750 and its still not working. Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I'm changing computers, and am trying to install Acrobat 8 Standard onto the new one. I have the files for the upgrade, and the serial number, but it asks for the original media or serial number for the version upgraded from, and we don't have that - we've lost the disks and the serial number.
The dialog box which pops up during installation says "Enter the response code provided by Adobe Customer Service for the number: XXXXXX" (There's an actual number, but that should be saved for a private discussion.)

So I purchased the teacher edition of Photoshop CS6 (mac) and I was running the trial version on my mac for a while. But I have recently switched to a PC and downloading CS6 the serial number "made" me download a mac version.
So, it there any way I can switch my mac serial number for a windows serial number?I just tried selecting my location which is also Asia Pacific and i am able to go to Customer Support Portal.
Try to sign out of adobe.com and sign in back and then check.
Also, check if your Adobe ID has the right country set, which should be in Asia Pacific.

I've seen all the posts for fixing the wifi on the 4s, none of them work! So, who can tell me why my iPhone 4S cannot find any wifi when it used to find wifi, and when it does find a wifi network it can never connect? You think apple would have a clue how to fix it! Because turning the wifi on and off doesn't work, resorting network settings doesn't work, even restoring phone to factory default doesn't work...

Hello! I have one iTunes library on my iPod and one iTunes library on my computer. When I connect my iPod touch to my PC, however, I cannot find any files in my iPod except for pictures. How can I find the music files so I can add them to my iTunes?
You can't do that.
And before you decide to store any music that you own on a computer at work, talk to your IT department. Many organizations do not permit it for legal reasons. Standard policies are that anything stored on company owned computers is the property of the company. It could not be legally stored on their machines unless you transfer the licenses and all copies, physical and digital, to the company, meaning you no longer own the music. If they were to be audited and could not prove that they own the music, they would be subject to copyright violation penalties. Just use your iPod when you're at the office if you want to listen to music. -
The Elements 12 Mac disk works fine - I also have a Dell, and the Windows disk will not run at all, sounds like it's grinding, and is almost impossible to remove from the hard drive. I cannot find any place to tell me who to CALL to ask for a replacement!

You can use a download instead of the disk as an alternative: Adobe - Download free trial version Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 | Adobe you can license with your serial
Please test the disk in another windows machine to check if it's caused by the drive or the disk. If you tested with 2 drives please start a support case, i assume Adobe will only provide downloads at this point. They are the same as the trials. If you still need a disk you can burn the trial to a disk as a backup disk. Good luck! -

Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

DetailsWhat you should see on a restart is a black screen followed by a screen with the Apple (at which point you let go of the two buttons). There is no progress bar, just the Apple. The Apple will stay there for 15 seconds or so, then the "Slide to Unlock" screen will redisplay.
But, I don't think the reset will fix it for you. I just tested it, and it comes back on with the zoom still on. The only way to get it to zoom out is the tapping with the 3 fingers.
I said to double-tap....MY BAD! You need to triple-tap with three fingers!
Try that and see if it will display the zoom menu for you, or if it will zoom back out.

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it. Or turn on Windows 7 and 8 iTunes menus: iTunes- Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.
