I cannot find my partner portal

I have not logged in for months.
I try to log in then it forced a password reset - ok I did that then it would not accept me new password so I reset the password again. Then it worked !!!
When I login to the partner portal url, using the login link at the top right of http://businesscatalyst.com/partners then I end up in the admin for one site (my free partner site) but no links anywhere to a partner portal - I wanting to see my list of customer sites and what they are paying etc.
How come i can no longer get into the partner portal? And how do I get to it?
How come I have to add a forum question to get support? Sorry we have normal web hosting for most of our sites and I can phone or live chat with a person anytime. BC mentioned somewhere there is live chat - I looked and looked but cannot find it

As i said my user/pass worked before (could access portal) when i logged in months ago - Its not changed and I have only ever has one user/pass
Then when i try today it FORCED a password change NOW I cannot get into the portal.I only have access to the free partner site alerto24.com/admin

Cannot find the partner with BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE when I use alphanumeric

I try to use the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to create a sales order, however the BAPI fill with zero at the beginning of the ID partner.
For example If I had the ID partner 123456 when I use the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, the BAPI automatically filled 4 zeros at the beginning of the number = 0000123456 with this number the BAPI can find the ID partner in the SAP Tables.
However,
If I had the ID partner IC4100 when I try to use the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, the BAPI automatically filled 4 zeros at the beginning of the ID = 0000IC4100 with this number the BAPI canu2019t find the ID partner in the SAP tables.
Could anybody help me please? How can I use an alphanumeric ID for the partner function?

I think in this case use the Conversion Alpha exit for this Partner. CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_INPUT try to pass the fields of type KUNNR.

Cannot find com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead.par

I want to modify the master head of my portal.For that i downloaded the ZIP file form
SystemAdmin>Support>Portal Runtime->Browse Deployment>com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead.par.bak
i can able to download as a ZIP file.When i extract this file i`m not able to see the com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead.par.bak file.I can able to see CSS,META-INF,PORTAL-INF only.Also inside PORTAL-INF>Private>lib-->com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead_core.jar file.

When try to import .PAR into your NWDS you are getting this error "com.sap.portal.plugins.config-archiver caused an exception during the Unpack Operation"
Do you have WINZIP or WINRAR installed in your PC?
I think WINZIP or WINRAR should installed on ur desktop for extrating PAR file.
Becuase if your PAR file containing some .jar file then you need copy n paste them manually to the new project you have created from PAR file.

Unable to delete User object in FIM Portal - Cannot find the object "#calculateRequestSetTransitionsAssembleStatementsPartition"

I encounter a problem with FIM (version 4.1.3441.0 and 4.1.3496.0) when I try to delete a User object (and only a User object) whatever if it is
manually/Expiration Workflow/Powershell.
Deleting a User object used to be perfectly functional and, without any product version modification, stopped working. I haven't neither deleted/modified or add a
"Grant" MPR or any of the corresponding Sets since last time I saw it working.
Displayed error is "Request could not be dispatched" in FIM Portal and is referencing a stored procedure in Event Viewer.
***Error details
When I try to delete a User object, here is the output :

"Processing error" on submit
with the following details
Request status is stuck at "Validating" until next restart of FIM Service (after what it becomes “Canceled”)
Request’s “Applied Policy” tab does not contain any MPR where, at least, a “Grant” MPR is expected
As SQL Timeout is relatively high and error happens quickly, I don’t think there is a Timeout problem under that.

While there are several SQL Agent jobs (FIM Temporal Events, Maintain Sets, and Maintain Groups among others)created by the FIM install only one of those is enabled and scheduled and it calls all of the same stored procedures that the other
jobs do. Step 2 is Maintain sets and Step 3 is maintain groups. So the Maintain sets and groups jobs never need to get enabled and scheduled, but if you want them to be maintained more frequently then you can.

Cannot find the class file for com.sap.portal.services.api.connectorgateway

I was trying the "How to BI JAVA SDK in a Portal iView and get the following error.
The project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Cannot find the class file for com.sap.portal.services.api.connectorgateway.IConnectorGatewayService. Fix the classpath and try rebuilding this project.
I have the following in my portalapp.xml file

and i have also added the jar file "com.sap.portal.ivs.connectorservice_api" in the set of lib's

How to open a jsp page inside a portlet directly ,Cannot find FacesContext

Thank you for reading my post.
I have a portlet (a jsf portlet build by JSC) , now i need to open a window that
will show some information , i managed to open the pop-up and pass some parameters to popup
but right now , i do not know what is my jsp file url
as you know portlets are deployed diffrent than plain web jsf application.
I find that if i use
http://localhost:28080/Adv/viewMessageDetails.jsp?messageID=10
it will open the page , but unfortunetly it return an error like :

In portlet project, to navigate between pages, you should not use the URL property to link to a page. Instead, portlets use navigation via action handling. You use the Page Navigation editor to set up links to pages; that is, the navigation editor sets the action property.
Here is an example to hyperlink ans button to open a new page:

Cannot find dashboard and reports after upgrading rdp from 10g to 11g OBIEE

Hi all
I am trying to upgrade from OBIEE 10g to 11g. These two products are installed on different servers. I have followed the guide: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/issue-archive/2011/11-jul/o41bi-402913.html and everything seems to work fine.
So i have taken a copy of rdp from the server where was installed OBIEE 10g and took it in the server where OBIEE 11g is installed.
Ran the upgrade tool and upgrade finished successfully. Restarted the BI Servers in core application on Enterprise Manager.
Now when i access the upgraded rpd, the layers and the fields are fine but I cannot find all the reports and dashboards that i had created.
Am I missing any upgrade steps?

Thanks a lot for the information. First of all I would like to inform you that upgrade CANNOT be performed across two machine. So, if 10g installation is on Host A, then upgrade to 11g will be on Host A.
So, in your scenario this is what you can do:
1. On Host A running Forms/Discoverer 10g on Windows 2003, install Forms/Discoverer/Reports 11g (11.1.1.6.0)
2. Run the upgrade Assistant to perform the upgrade from 10g to 11g.
3. Now upgrade OS of Host A to Windows 2008
In short, I would like to inform you that upgrades across machines does not work. Source instance which is 10g and destination instance which is 11g must exist on same box.

I installed Crystal Reports for VS2010 successfullly,   At least the report editor works without a problem and the viewer control can be placed on a form. My problem is when I try to run it, I get the following exception:

Error "You cannot enter a partner function for output NEU"

Hi Experts,
I'm having these error "You cannot enter a partner function for output NEU" (message VN041) when I tried to assign a partner function (e.g OA) in the conditions records for application "EV" (Purchase outline agreement). The system do not allow me to do this for any doc type (LP, LPA, MK, OA, etc). I'm using t-code NACE or MN08.
I want to assign partner for key combination "Document Type". The conditions is already there but with no value, so I want to assign partner function "OA" or "VR".
I already check all the configuration and looks fine. For example, define possible partner functions for output type "NEU" for application "EV" (Purc outline agree).
Hope you can help me to find the problem.

I have the error in NACE or using tcode MN08.
As soon I executed those transaction the system shows the condition records created for varios Doc Type (e.g LP, LPA, MK, etc) but with no partner function assigned. For example:
Doc. Type / Name                     /             Funct /   Partner     /            Medium / Date/time /   Language
LP        /       Scheduling Agreement     / blank / blank /                                          2      /          3   /              EN
LPA      /      Scheduling Agreement                              / blank    / blank   /                1        /       3         /        EN
For example, I try to assign function "OA" for Doc. Type "LP", choose value from quickpick. Then when I press enter, the system give me the error "You cannot enter a partner function for output NEU", message no. VN041. Do not allow me to continue, so I have to leave this field blank, with no change.

ISA iviews error in Channel Management Portal for partner portal

I am getting the following error while accessing any iview which uses the GenericISAComponent or GenericICSSComponent in the Partner Portal. I am using CRM 5.0 and SAP Portal 7.0 (2004s). What configuration needs to be done in order to make ISA iviews to work? If you have a link/document to configure ISA in the partner portal, please send me. I am using SAP provided business package for channel management. Any help is appreciated.

When deploying BP for CRM in the portal the permissions on the component is set for the super_admin_role to be the owner.
If you check the super_admin_role and assigned action you will find the Action : AclSuperUser.
As a test you can assign this action, AclSuperUser, to the role you are using and it should work.
For production purposes I can not recommend to use AclSuperUser action to a normal user since this is very powerful action. I'm currentley investigation how to assign minimal permissions for the role I'm using to make the GenericICSSComponent work.

Upgrading to MBAM 2.5: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.WebPages.Razor, Version=2.0.0.0.....the system cannot find the file specified.

Upgrading from MBAM 1.0 to 2.5 on the Administration and Monitoring server (database server already upgraded). To upgrade the administration server, I uninstalled MBAM 1.0 -> Deleted the MBAM website from IIS manually -> Reboot -> Installed MBAM
2.5. After upgrade if I go to selfservice portal via
https://myserver.mycompany.com/selfservice, I get this error:

Sorry for late response. I fixed the issue by installing the correct version of ASP .NET 4 from
here.
If .NET Framework 4.5 is already installed, also run aspnet_regiis -i from C:\windows\microsoft.net\Framework\v4.0.30319

"The system cannot find the path specified" error when installing a network printer running Win 7

Some of the end users are having issues when trying to install network printers. We have created a portal where they can locate the printer they want to connect to, click connect, and the printer will download with the correct drivers on their PC's. The
entire company is running Win 7 for their operating system. One end user in particular has had issues installing multiple printers from the portal, when I go to test installing these same printers on my PC, they all install successfully. trying to figure out
why some end users hav issues with installation and others do not. They will get the error, The system cannot find the specified path. Any help would be great

1. Could you explain a bit about the sentence ‘installing multiple printers from the portal’ ?
2. Check the event viewer and share us the related error log.
Please take the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Ping the printers
2. Check if there are network firewall to block the access
