What did you buy, and where did you buy?
If you bought a Cloud subscription directly from Adobe you do not receive codes... you log in with your paid Adobe ID to download and install
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

How to find my redemption code?
How to find my redemption code? I know the question was already raised but I didn't read any good answer right now... Is it so complicated to give THE solution?
I choose the Adobe CC monthly subscription today, and I was very surpised to find difficulty to register my products... The problem is that when I ask "How to find the serial of the licence I bought?", it ask me "How did I get the Licence?" And when I answer by "Creative Cloud on-line subscription", it just send me back on the f*** beginning process (sorry but I'm angry) where it ask me this famous redemption code again... Does it make sense???
I go round in circles since this morning... and I need to work with the software licence I bought. It's not just to play, it is my job!
Is someone be abble to give me a REAL solution (and not the sterile answers that I have read before)?
Thanks in advance for your answers. And sorry for the possible mistakes I did (french nationality).Also, what makes you think you need a redemption code? If you purchased your subscription online through Adobe.com there may not be a redemption code.
In the US, when I purchased the PS+LR bundle last year, once my payment was accepted, all I had to do was download, install, and log into the CC Desktop app from https://creative.adobe.com/products using the Adobe ID I used to purchase the products, and then I was offered PS and LR for download.
And whenever I want to run either one of those products I just need to be logged into the CC Desktop app. -

I purchased a Creative Cloud Photography membership but can't find a redemption code nor can I access Lightroom or Photoshop. I keep getting a message "Your Lightroom trial has expired. What steps do I need to take to get up and running?
If you are using windows OS, look for file named hosts at below location:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Check if there is anything that is blocking the Adobe CC app to verify your subscription.
Make back up copy of hosts file and delete everything except below contents:

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Package contains one DVD. I tried to install the software and it asks for my serial number. The only number I have is a sticker that is on the back of the box and it contains 3 letters/3 letters and an 8 digit number. There are not enough fields to enter the numbers and it will not let me type the letters. I thought this may be a redemption code but the number of fields is different for that too. Did you buy your one year membership from Adobe or a reseller? From the help page you reference there is a link for the Adobe Student and Teacher edition: Serial number, Redemption, and Product codes | Student & Teacher Editions. Instructions differ depending on if bought your membership from Adobe or a reseller.
After that just sign in with your Adobe ID at Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions and then choose the link for Desktop at Explore Adobe desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud to start downloading and installing the applications. -

PC is running XP and is asking for a WEP key. I've looked at the support pages and cannot find out how to find the WEP key.

If you assigned a password to access the wireless network then that would be the WEP key. If you did not assign a password it would not ask you for a WEP key it would simply connect and access the internet and the local network. Because it is asking for a password - which you should know? Then provide it. If you've forgotten it then simply use the Airport Utility to log into your TC and change it to something more memorable.
