Muse CC does not need serial number for installation. You might be getting that prompt due to some network element blocking communication with Adobe servers.
Please try the following:-
1)If you are on a MAC:-
Press Shift + Command + G(Else Finder, Go-->Go to folder) to open Go to folder.
Type /etc and open the file called hosts.
Check if you have any Adobe related entry in the file.
If yes, please rename the file and check again.
2)If you are on windows machine:-
Go to the location:- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open 'hosts' file.
Check if you have any Adobe related entry in the file.
If yes, please rename the file and check again.

I got Photoshop Elements 11 when I got my Wacom tablet, but I can't find the serial number anywhere?

I got Photoshop Elements 11 when i got my wacom tablet this summer. I recently got a better computer so i want Elements 11 on it too. The problem is that I cannot find the serial number anywhere to be able to use it on my new computer. Since I got Elements through Wacom, it does not show up as a product on my Adobe profile. Does anyone know what I can do to get it back?

I am trying to reinstall Logic Studio 7 and I cannot find the serial number. It's suppose to be in one of the installation booklets. I'm not sure which one. Could you help me?

I am trying to reinstall Logic Studio that i bought back in 2008, and I cannot find the serial number. I think I barely remember running into this problem before with this application. When i use the installation disc it tells me that the serial number is located in one of the installation booklets, and it doesn't explain to me which one. Can you help me?

Once you get your S/N and download the software, back them up to a CD or backup HD. Not doing that is like purchasing a CD, installing software, and tossing the CD in the trash.

In the future, you need to get smarter about how you store your serial numbers; they must be backed up onto a different disk, just like your photos; or you may use some other storage method like paper and pencil. Just like photos, you need at least 2 copies in different locations.

Mac app store software does not contain serial numbers since they are linked to your AppleID.

This wouldn't be an issue if I could find the serial number. However, since this is an IPhone 3, I don't know if the serial code is on the outside of the device. I set my password, then when I tried it, it wouldn't let me in. I checked on the back of the device to find the serial number, however, it doesn't seem to be printed.

I do not know if the FCC ID or the IC ID is the serial number or not. I need the serial number to get service, and I need service to get the serial number. That's my issue.

I reset my daughter's phone, and now I can't connect it back to the account. everything is asking for the serial number, but I can't find it!!
I think I have a old 4, because I can't even find where a SIM card "pops" out. I unscrewed the screws at the bottom, but I still can't find the serial number. and everything is asking me for the serial number!!

If you have an iPhone 4 with a CDMA carrier such as Sprint or Verizon, it does not have a SIM card or a SIM card slot. Attempting to take the phone apart is a very bad idea. I don't have an iPhone 4 to hand but check the engraving on the back of the phone near the bottom. You may find the serial number there.
Did you reset the phone (pressing and holding the Home and power buttons until the apple appears) or did you restore the phone (either through iTunes or by gong to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings)? Can you give the exact wording of the message where you're being asked for a serial number. I don't know of any point in activating the phone where the serial number is requested.
