I cannot find netflix in App Store

I live in panama. After talking to netflix, they confirmed they support this area, but I cannot find the app in the App Store.

Then Netflicks needs to tell Apple that it wants to distribute its app in Panama. Apple doesn't make the decision where an app is available, the app's developer does.

But you can find the app in the App Store ? If you can and you don't have any restrictions in place then try logging out of your account on that iPad by tapping on your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if you can then download it via the Purchased tab in the store.

What version of OS X do you have? Messages requires 10.8. Previously it was iChat (but does not have iMessage capability to send texts to an iOS device).

Could be a third party app preventing you from being able to login.

If it's not a third party issue, follow the instructions here.
Quit the MAS if it's open.
Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left then open the Library folder then the Caches folder.
Move the com.apple.appstore and the com.apple.storeagent files from the Caches folder to the Trash
From the same Library folder open the Preferences folder.
Move these files Preferences folder to the Trash: com.apple.appstore.plist and com.apple.storeagent.plist
Same Library folder open the Cookies folder. Move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the MAS.

Cannot Connect to Mac App Store

When I open the MAS, I get a "Cannot Connect to the App Store" alert in the window.
When I try to signin, I receive a red "Connection failed" message in the signin dialog box.
When I go to Software Update from the Apple Menu, I receive a notice that "Software Update can’t connect to the update server. Make sure you’re connected to the Internet, and then try again."
When I click on the Network Diagnostics button presented and go through the diagnostic, my network reports operating perfectly.
When I go to an app on the iTunes web-storefront click on the "View in Mac App Store" button, the MAS launches, but I get the same connection error.
I can sign in to the iTunes store. I can update software on my iDevices by using the iOS App Store. I have no problems there. It's just the MAS.

I have restarted my computer, I have removed the App Store with AppDelete and reinstalled from the Lion 10.7.4 Client Combo. I've got no change.
I did notice that the MAS window menu reports the name of the window as "Firenze", which seems weird to me. Can anyone advise me?

Next, open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
/Library/ScirptingAdditions
Click Go
Move the SIMBL.osax files from the ScriptingAddtions folder to the Trash
Try the App Store.

ok so i've been reading around and i can't seem to find a definitive answer.
i'm running OS 10.6.8 but anytime i attempt to open the app store i get the message 'cannot connect to the app store'.
i've tried reinstalling the 10.6.8 combo update, but that hasn't worked, i've tried reinstalling the original snow leopard disk that came with the macbook pro, then doing software updates, but that hasn't worked. any advice would be greatly appreciated, just want to upgrade to lion but i have to have access to the app store to do so, frustrating. thanks in advance for any help,

Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

Hi all,
My girlfriend has a macbook air, and wanted to update her computer to Lion. I had no problem doing that on my own macbook pro, but I can't do it on hers. She didn't update her softwares regularly, so at first I found myself having to update a ton softwares so I could finally install the Mac App Store. Once it finished installing though I was never able to actually use it, as when I open the application it just says: "Cannot Connect to the App Store". I looked up online and people had similar problems, and none of the suggested solutions worked:
- Starting up the computer in "Safe Mode" did not work;
- Repairing all the permissions in the Disk Utility application did not work;
- Signing out and in the Mac App Store from the App Store application did not work;
- The problem is certainly not the internet connection because I was able to update my computer in the same connection, and I can regularly access it on my computer.
Does anyone have a tip to solve this problem?

Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.
