Sometimes it is fruitless to try to "fix" a broken account on an iOS device. I would delete the account on both devices and then configure the account again from scratch.

I never had a problem before and have always used Mozilla Firefox as my browser. The Firefox4 also looks different since I changed it. No Google bar in the center, or the Mozilla logo.

You can do a test if it works in Private Browsing mode. In PB mode the disk cache isn't used and also the currently saved cookies are not available.
You can enter Private Browsing mode if you select:
* Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
*Check-mark: [X] "Permanent Private Browsing mode"
Close the Options window and open the Hotmail log in page.
You can remove the check-mark ([ ] "Permanent Private Browsing mode") to leave PB mode.
If that works the it is possible that there is problem with the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies in the Firefox Profile Folder.
You can rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder] in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

You can go to the Apple online store and purcahse a copy of Mountain Lion. This will give you a redemption code, which you can use to download Mountain Lion from the App Store. Unfortuantely, I'm not aware of any other way to legally purchase it. I have never seen Apple release Muontain Lion on DVD.
In terms of Apple Service, they just need the serial number of the machine to check the purcahse date. It is usually correct, to within a few weeks. A quick Google search should give you the correct number to dial.

I would delete the account and try to re-enter it. Also, you have to let your firm's IT department know that you want to sync work email on your personal devices before they actually work.

He can pair his iPhone to his Macbook, but cannot CONNECT. He's NOT asking for alternative solutions, like Wi Fi.
I am able to both pair and connect my one one Macbook to my other one, but I can only pair but not connect my iPhone or iPad to either Macbook. So I have the same problem. But I can pair and connect my Macbooks to other Bluetooth devices, like my ancient Nokia cellfone, or my Bluetooth HP printer.
It's irrelavent that I can instead use a direct USB cable or Wi Fi between my Macbooks and my iPhone/iPad - why can't I use Bluetooth? If Apple does not allow Bluetooth between it's Macbooks and other Mac devices, then why have Bluetooth at all? Does my iPhone have Bluetooth only so that I can pair and connect to my my non Apple mobile handsfree car kit, or communicate easily with the dreaded Apple enemy Samsung, or what?
Make no mistake , I am a diehard Apple fan, but this Bluetooth non compatibility issue appears shortsighted and seemingly pointless. Why does Apple not just say why they created the non compatibility, or have a message on the Bluetooth setup programme which simply and clearly says "don't bother wasting hours of your time trying to pair and connect your iPhone to your Macbook, because we don't allow that anymore, reason being that............"?
As a first time user of this Forum I am surprised at the intolerant and highhanded tone of some of the replies to what is a legitimate question, that is obviously plagueing many, many other Apple users.

Sometimes I cannot get emails to delete

When deleteing email I will be going along then all of a sudden I cannot get emails to delete. I push the delete button and nothing happens. I also cannot get them to delete with the right click. I also tried safe mode and it happens in that mode 2. I have a Windows 7 Home Premium and the latest version of Thunderbird. I am using Viper anti virus. This is on a new computer.
Any ideas?

Over last 24 hours I cannot get emails or access internet. Everytime I try to reset the email the message comes up "your device had a problem connecting to the server". Anyone have any ideas?

I have the 9350 and the excact smae thing happened to my phone as well. The last emails I recieved on my phone where on Wed the 25th at 10pm. Now I manage to get my phone to update my emails tonight by selecting "edit or register a new or current email account:" That upedated all the emails I had recieved for the 26th.

ok I am currently recieveing emails now, what I did was remove battery (didnt help) then went into settings and just entered my email addresses and passwords again on my BB. Hope it works for you!

"Javascript" is not "java", two completely separate and different programming languages. So you are not getting "java errors". If you are using a browser to get your email then likely there is broken javascript code at the server.
