I cannot get Firefox to save my "iPlayer favourites" selections. The IE browser works fine, I suspect its a setting but I cannot discover it!!

Using the BBC iPlayer, I try to select radio programmes to my "iPlayer Radio Favourites" section of the iPlayer. It doesn not save them, it is always empty. However the IE8 and 9 browsers do it quite happily.

A change in version 7 of Firefox which has been made to improve the security of the browser and is related to cross domain scripting vulnerabilities has had the unfortunate side-effect of breaking the favourites functionality in iPlayer. The iPlayer development team are currently working on a way to rectify the situation and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Chrome doesn't support the new accent/diacritics/macron chooser. I'm not sure about other browsers such as Firefox. You can use the old Option+letter combination that Doug suggested. Hopefully updates will solve these little incompatibilities shortly.

On previous firefox version, when I quit the program, a prompt would ask me if I wanted to save tabs. That doesn't appear to be happening with 4.0 upgrade. Can I still save and quit?

One change in Firefox 4 is to by default stop Firefox displaying the warning message, but it can be turned back on by changing some preferences.

I cannot access the Verizon Messages app from any computer. The message app works fine across my phone and tablets but I cannot use it on my desktop.

Please let me know what exactly are you trying to do using Adobe online service.
You might try accessing the same service for some other PDFs and check.
Have you signed up correctly at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
If the same message pops up, then please visit Contact Customer Care as they could let you know if there is any problem with your account.

That aside (still working on it), can you offer any direction in regards to my original question on SDK and AIR compatibility? I'm specifically looking for a version compatibility mapping or anything that definitively states, "Flex SDK x.y.z works with the following versions of AIR". I have a canon MX7600 multifunction printer. My security setting allow connection with the printer. If I disable the firewall it works fine. If the firewall is running I get a dialog box every time I print asking for permission. How do I fix this?

I have a canon MX 7600 multifunction printer. Each time I print I get a dialog box asking for permission to allow connections to the printer. This box stays on my screen for a few seconds, if I don't click allow I get a communication error which then requires me to delete the job and start over. I contacted Canon and proceeded with their suggestions to no avail. They now say it is an Apple issue. My security settings are set to allow connection to the canon printer. If I disable the firewall it works fine, once I enable the firewall the problem returns. This issue is a royal pain. Any suggestions on how to fix it short of buying a new printer?

I have not done a factory reset, I was trying to find out if I had some setting configured wrong first. I figured I'd just make things worse if went through a reset!

On the iPad tap Settings > iCloud. Switch Calendars off then back on then reset the iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
On the iMac, open System Preferences > iCloud. Deselect the box next to Calendars then reselect that box then restart your iMac.

I cannot get Firefox to save my organized Panorama 'pages'

After creating my various Panorama tab-groups, they work fine.. BUT when I exit Firefox 4, and re-start Firefox, all my Panorama groups are gone. Is there a way to save my groups? or is Firefox supposed to automatically save them upon exiting Firefox? Or...?

This issue -- panorama not being saved between sessions-- is still present in the FF 4 release candidate for me (Mac OS X Snow Leopard)
