I cannot get into my iMessage account on my iPad!!!!! I've been trying all day!

It was working fine before but now I'm just getting real upset that it say it has a problem with me logging in when I am doing everything right!!!!!

It might also help if you told us what you are doing to try and login which you think is right.
One definition of crazy is repeating the same actions overs and over expecting different results.
You could have an iPad that uses a SIM card as well as WiFi.
You may not then get an alert about not being able to contact the servers.
You may be doing all the right actions but have a poor and bad internet connection.
Although it is unlikely the place you are at may be blocking the port Messages uses.
More possible but also unlikely is that they (it is always "they") are blocking access to the servers by name. (Domain Blocking).

Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! i cannot log into my Amazon account on iPad. when I try to enter my password, the reset password page comes up. I've logged out and back in, but the same thing happens. It happens on both my iPads, but not my laptop. I can log in on laptop.

I have exactly the same problem since I installed ios 8.1. Wish I'd never done it as its made a complete mess of what was a working ipad3, now its unstable verging on unusable using Safari which was my prime reason for buying it.
A simple cure would be to give us the ability to roll back to a working operating system i.e. ios 6 until this utter piece of £*&p that is ios 8 has been fully tested and is fit to use.
However as a short time fix the Amazon app does work.

It seems that you may have an issue with your input source on your Mac since you can use your iTunes account on your iPad and iPhone.
On your Mac, go to the system preferences > language & text > input sources > check keyboard & caracter viewer
Now on the top right corner of the menu bar, you should have a new icon, click on it > show keyboard viewer.
Go to the iTunes store and try to connect to your account. The keyboard viewer will show you if you type correctly your password. Please be careful with capital letter and numbers.

There is no ETR at this time.

I cannot get my e-mail as of a few hours ago, neither receive or send???

Can we assume that you checked with your ISP or email provider to make sure that their service wasn't disrupted? Can you use Safari nd other apps that need an internet connection?
If you know that the service is working, and you have internet service, close the mail app and reset your iPad and then try again.
Closing apps in iOS 7 works like this. Drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I changed my email address and my password on my ipad but when I tried to change the address on my icloud account it keeps asking me for my old password which I no longer know. I can't delete the account because I can't access it without the old password

I was stunned to discover that the Restore feature allowed others to get into my gmail account even after the computer had been shut down and restarted. How can this be prevented?

We have a PCin our shared vacation home running both Firefox and Explorer . When I tried to log into my gmail, Firefox took me automatically to one of my sister's accounts. In an effort to get to my own account, I shut down the computer. When I rebooted and restarted Firefox, it asked if I wanted to restore earlier session, and Lo & Behold I was back in my sister's email account. This is scandalous! How can it be prevented?

Additionally you may also have to change to '''Use custom settings for history''' beside '''Firefox will''' and enable '''Clear history when Firefox closes''', if '''Settings''' is disabled or not visible.
Also, please note that it's always a safe practice to sign out of websites completely on shared PCs.
