I just got my new iphone and I gave my phone the same apple ID as my iPod. Then I added $40 to my iTunes thinking that I could buy songs freely. When I went to go buy an album it said that I needed to answer some security questions to complete the purchase. So I clicked yes and it brought me to two questions that I totally forgot the answers to so I hit the link that said if you forgot your answers click here. I clicked it and it brought me to this website that you see all your information about your apple ID. So I went to privacy and security and the same two questions were there. I tried and didn't succeed. I even sent myself the email and I have been trying this for days on end and still never received any emails about those questions. So I thought what if I create a new apple ID then mabe I could transfer ONLY the money over, is this possible?? Because I would hate to see forty dollars go to total waste.
Funds cannot be transferred from one Apple ID account to another.

Just got a new iphone 5. When I plug in the ear buds, the audio still comes out of the phone itself. How do I transfer the audio to the ear buds?
Make sure it's plugged in all the way, because it clicks when it's no all the way In and many users get confused. If not try turning it.

Looks like your syncing pics on your computer to your phone. to remove it when your phone is sync to itunes, uncheck sync in the photos tab. -
Just got a new IPhone 5c. Cannot set up voicemail.

If you have a GSM phone, try Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password
(If you do not have a GSM phone, you will not see this in Settings.) -

I have Windows Vista computer. I am trying to upgrade my ITunes so can share files with other home computer. (Just got the new IPhone). I get this system error: The procedure entry point AVCFPlayerItemDurationChangedNotification could not be located in the dynamic link library AVFoundationCF.dll. Tries system restore and redownloaded...NOW Itunes will not even open. Can anyone help?
I uninstalled Apple Application Support, opened iTunesSetup with WinRar, and went down the list of msi's. AppleApplicationSupport was an install, all the others I did Repair. Did not have to reboot. Works okay now.

Trying to follow Apple instructions to erase content before sending but 5 will not connect to iCloud so I can't proceed - when promoted to enter password I keep getting "Verification failed. There was an error connecting to iCloud". I have checked apple id/password multiple times and they are correct. Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance

every once in a while my iPhone 5 fails to recognize my Apple ID. I don't have to go all the way to Restore to Factory Settings, I just have to turn off the phone. (Hold down top button until screen asks to slide if you want to turn it off.) Give it a few seconds, turn it on again. -
How to I retrieve my purchased apps? I had my Iphone stolen in FEB, then in July my PC crashed. I just got a new Iphone but I dont know how to get the apps.

Where is your backup copy of your computer? You can use that as well. -

Not having access to your email on your phone must be driving you crazy! We'll definitely help get it working with you. Is this the Ravine or the Ravine 2? What kind of email address are you trying to activate onto your phone? You said that you cannot get emails, but are you able to send them? Please share details so we can help.

I have got a new iphone recently. But I can't restore in app purchases. I have tried many times to reset it threw email and never got the message. I know I'm checking the right email I get your advertising messages there. I'm 85% sure I'm using the right answers! This has been very frustrating! Please help make this right!
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
The reset link for the security question will send the email to your rescue email account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 - that is the email account that you are checking, and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again ?
If you aren't receivineg the email then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to view your rescue email address to check that it's correct, in case you need to use it in the potential future use
