My sons iPad will not allow iTunes in the settings....I slide it over to green and enter I'd and it denies me

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port

When I try to sync my Ipad Mini, I get an error message that says "sync session failed to start". Anyone ever deal with this?
Quit iTunes, restart your computer, restart your iPad and try again. If it doesn't work with a restart of the iPad, try a reset of the iPad.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

If the iPhone 5 is sold in India then that implies nano-sim cards are available there - the iPad Mini takes the same size sim as the iPhone 5

I want to store movies on an SD disk, watch them on the way to Europe, then use the chip to record photos in my camera. I can't get the iPad mini to recognize the videos I've recorded.
I'm a bit lost - you first say
"The only file(s) I can sometimes get it to recognize are the ones shot with a camera onto an SD card"
then you say
" If I take an unused SD card and record video with my camera, it will see, and import the file to the Photo app."
In the first statement, aren't you using an SD card in the camera? And what do you mean by "unused SD card"? Cameras put their files in specific folders on a card, and your device only reads photos and video from those folders, not from anywhere else on the card. -

ipad mini charger getting very hot. Not the ipad. What is it? A problem, or normal?
Warm is normal. Too hot to handle, literally, is not. So if you can hold it, then it's probably fine. Mine gets hot when it's charging. But if it's too hot for you to hold then you should stop using it and get it checked out an apple store.

Before I un-install itunes has anyone had a problem getting an ipad mini to show up in itunes as a device when connected to the computer? My old ipad shows up but not the new mini.

My ipad mini 2 gets blue screen and then keep restarting over and over again problem. I tried to restore to the factory setting but it was not successful to fix the problem. Sometimes I could not even restore. How can I do with this kind of problem?

This seems to be a problem with a few Mini users. Just unplug the charger and then replug. It should then charge to 100%.

Skydiver. After using separate apple ID's our two iPad minis still get things mixed up like Siri changes our names and some phone#'s
but I would like to be able to dowload content to the Ipad as well.
I'm afraid that you can't sync content to an iOS device via Home Sharing (you can only stream it to an iOS device via Home Sharing). -
