You're device may have a hardware failure; My recommandation is talk to them like polite gentlemen; I've worked in customer service before. You get a lot further and people are willing to do a lot more work for someone who is polite and respectful.
Just explain you bleiev eyou have a potential hardware failure on your device and ask for assistance

My iphone 4 is about a month old ad it continues to send multiple repeat texts message to the point where I have stop sending texts because everyone is annoyed with me, is there a solution that anyone knows of? I am hearing from sprint that it is apple's issue and from apple it is a sprint issue. They said I can take it to the store but its one month old and I find it hard to beleive that they do not have an easier solutions, i dont have time to or the patience to give up my phone for three days. This can't be right correct? If anyone has founf a solution I would really appreciate some help as Im sure you can hear I am frustrated.

It is a sprint issue and other carriers have that same problem. I get multiple copies of texts from other carriers all the time to my iphone. It isn't the iphone, it is the carrier sending the text message several times because they haven't received and ack message from the recepient.

Well, if your Home button is broken, you won't be able to reset your phone, and if the Sleep/Wake button won't turn your phone on, it's a trip to the Apple store.

IPhone 4S. Shows Low Battery symbol, then wont start after being charged.

Hi Guys...
I have a broken iPhone 4S... It will show the Low Battery Icon (Battery with red bar) for a few seconds, then goes out. It wont turn on.
If I remove the charger and then plug it back in nothing. If I leave it a few days, then plug charger back in, I get the same symbol come up, but again, wont turn on.
Any ideas???

I found the following troubleshooting steps to take when your iPhone is unresponsive:
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

I cannot get my iphone to print on 8500 officejet.

Just bought an Office Pro 8500A got it all set up but, cannot get my IPhone to find the printer. I have turn off the bluetooth, loaded the lastest software on the IPhone, turned off and on the printer, router, phone, and reset the WEP secure code on the printer for my wireles router. My compac laptop print wireless. Lost.

What router? Do not use WEP, it is not in the least secure. Switch your security to WPA with a 13+ character password.

iTunes as you see it in the application window uses a series of files and folders contained in the iTunes folder. Some people make the mistake of only backing up their media in which case all you have is a bunch of media files without the iTunes structure. In that case you have to build a new library yourself.
What exactly do you mean "not recognized"? The phone does not show up on the computer at all, or it does but it says it will wipe the phone? The wipe the phone stuff is again because it cannot find the original library to which it was synced. You need to transfer the entire iTunes folder from the old computer or the backup you made of it.

Cannot get my iphone 4 to connect via bluetooth to another phone or my pc

I cannot get my iphone 4 to connect via bluetooth to another phone or my PC, despite activating bluetooth on the iphone it just says 'devices' 'searching' 'now discoverable'. I have put the 2 devices very close to each other as well.
Anybody have any ideas?

That's because it's not supported. The iPhone supports hands free devices, keyboards and A2DP audio streaming. Bluetooth can only be used to a computer for tethering. Some apps can establish peer to peer connections for gaming and data sharing, but that's it.
What you're trying to do will NOT work.

Airport express, brand new, seems to be working with my desktop, just fine, and playing Itunes thru airport. However, cannot get my Iphone 5 to recognize base station. Seems to periodically work, but not consistently. Is there any setting change on the iphone that will help?

Cannot get an iphone in UK - why?

Does anyone know why I cannot get an iphone anywhere in the UK?

I'm in the same situation as you, my phone came away from my belt clip yesterday, and phone was no where to be found. So had the IMEI barred and am awaiting new SIM card. Tried to get an iPhone today as I have a £100 credit note for CPW due to the price drop about 2 weeks after I bought mine. Was told they have no more stock, but were waiting for the key note speech on Monday. Staff memember though didn't know when the new iPhone would be in stock, just that they weren't getting any more until the new model came out.
So hopefully we'll find out some good news on Monday. Though the question now is, if the iPhone 3G isn't out for a while is it possible to use the SIM in a cheap PAYG phone until I can get the next iPhone? I'm not going to let my free minutes and texts go to waste because Apple/O2 can't supply existing gen iPhones.

I certainly owuld not get the 16 Gb. My old phone had 32 Gb and it was pretty much full. I just depends on what you wan tto place on it in the way music, apps, videos etc

When you respond, also indicate which country and carrier you're using. Also, is your phone brand new? can you make a phone call / access the internet while on cellular?

I use iCloud to store my contacts but in Outlook it only sorts by first name. Although in iCloud it can be set to sort by last name, I cannot get it to do that in Outlook.
