I cannot get my scottrade statements to download or readable

the statement will download in strange script. I have adobe downloaded. I have worked with a AVG support person, a scottrade tech, and many hours myself. This use to work until 3months ago. Is the firefox browser not alllowing the download?

Current Firefox versions have enabled a built-in PDF Viewer that doesn't have all features that other PDF readers like the Adobe Reader have or may not function properly otherwise.
You can change the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) from Preview in Firefox to use another application like the Adobe Reader or set to Always Ask in "Firefox > Options/Preferences > Applications".
You can set the pdfjs.disabled pref to true on the <b>about:config</b> page to disable the build-in PDF viewer.
You can check the value of the plugin.disable_full_page_plugin_for_types pref on the about:config page and remove the application/pdf part if present or reset the pref to the default via the right-click context menu if you want to display PDF documents in Firefox with another application (i.e. not the built-in PDF Viewer).

I am new to this. I downloaded Itunes and have a new ipod shuffle. I cannot get it to sync. Downloaded music to computer but now I am stuck! Help?!

I downloaded Itunes for 64 bit OS windows. Bought a shuffle, downloaded music to computer, but cannot get shuffle to sync. Looked at FAQS it says to go to "DEVICES" on Itunes store, but I don't even see that anywhere. Can someone help?

Where did you download it from and how ? If you downloaded it from the ibookstore in the iBooks app then it should be on the bookshelf back in the iBooks app (tap the Library button at the top left of the store if you are still in it). Only ibooks that you buy from the ibookstore or your computer's iTunes will show in the cloud for redownloading in the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app (and they will only show there whilst they remain in your country's store).
If you were using a site on Safari then unless you specified an app to download it into then it will only be in Safari's cache and will you won't be able to access it. If you did buy it via Safari then depending upon the site that you bought/downloaded it from then it might have digital rights management on it that will tie it to that store's apps/ereaders - if the site has its own app in the app store then download that and you might be able to download the book directly in it.

Help, I cannot get elements 10 trial to download past the download screen?

I have a windows 7, 64 bit. I tried deleting cookies etc and reloading screen only to be told the elements is downloading. It is not downloading as it has been at it all night. I wouls appreciate any help.

It has downloaded and installed. I took a different approach. When it ask where to download the program(the second time) I clicked ok instead of directing the program to download to c:program files.In other words, you cannot redirect the download. I hope this make sense to you.

Cannot Get Elements 7.0 to Download from Adobe

I downloaded the full 484 megs at least 4 times now yet each time it says there is a fatal error on the Adobe Download Manager screen and I cannot install the program. I have Elements 5.0 and bought the $79 upgrade. Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks

Yep, you'll probably have to delete and recreate the account. If it was an iCloud or IMAP account, no mail will be lost. If it was POP, all mail will be lost if you delete it so back it up elsewhere.

If you download a rented movie on your iPhone 4 or later, iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV: It is not transferable to any other device or computer.

Go to the iTunes Store from your computer and make sure your logged in. In the Quick Links section at the top right click Purchased. Then click TV Shows. You should be able to download from there.

Cannot get OS X Lion to download from the App store

When trying to download os x lion to my mac book it initially would not download because i had no to updated the software on my computer. Once i did update i tried to redeem my code in the app store like i did previously and it said that the code had already been used even though the new system never downloaded to my computer. The OS X Lion installer takes more than 4 GB of space, so it is normal for most Internet connections to take the download more than an hour.
If you want to see the download progress, open the Mac App Store and go to Purchases.
Before upgrading, make a backup of your files with Time Machine and check that your apps are compatible > http://www.roaringapps.com

If you have trouble importing songs from an audio CD
If iTunes doesn’t recognize audio CDs or if you’re having trouble importing songs, check the following:
If iTunes doesn’t recognize an audio CD (it doesn’t appear in the iTunes window), quit iTunes, then open it again by double-clicking the app icon in the iTunes folder in the Program Files folder on your hard disk. Do not open iTunes using the shortcut on your desktop. If iTunes now recognizes the CD, delete the iTunes shortcut and create a new one.
Choose Edit > Preferences, and click Import Settings. If the “Use error correction when reading Audio CDs” checkbox is not selected, select it. If it’s already selected, deselect it.
If you’re having trouble importing songs, make sure you check your computer or drive manufacturer’s site for firmware updates and install any that are appropriate for your computer and CD or DVD drive.
Make sure you have the latest software updates for Windows or your CD or DVD drive. Check the Windows website and your computer or drive manufacturer’s site for updates. Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your video and sound cards.
If you have more than one CD or DVD drive, try using iTunes with each drive.
To see if iTunes can find any problems with your CD drive, choose Help > Run CD Diagnostics and choose DVD/CD Diagnostics. For help with understanding the diagnostics results and other CD troubleshooting information, see Additional troubleshooting tips for burning issues at the Apple Support website.
If it’s taking a long time to import a song (more than 10 minutes) from an audio CD, the CD may be dirty or scratched. Try cleaning the CD with a soft, lint-free cloth, and then importing the songs again

You're probably going to want to work with somebody locally.
Your local network connection could be intermittent or having outages (wireless networks are notorious for this, particularly in more urban areas, and "public" WiFi networks - such as those typical at many McDonald's restaurants - can be quite interrmittant), the mail server you're connecting to could be having stability issues, the DNS server you're using could have an incorrect or stale translation (that's usually either a mail server that's just moved IP addresses, or a failing DNS server, or some other less-likely trigger), or (less likely, given things worked for a while, then stopped) the mail server configuration (port, host name, SSL setting) might not be entirely correct.
Select Connection Doctor from the Window menu within Mail.app, and see what that reports.
