I cannot get my verification email, but I need the account

I have been using an email adress for my iTunes account, and it can no longer be accessed. To buy new songs, I am supposed to verify my account but I cannot open that email. I want to find out if you can somehow change the email address without having to verify the old one? of if you make a new account do you still have all of the purchased items from your other account on the same computer? please help

I can not either, my email no longer exist and I also have another active apple id

The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.

  • I cannot get my verification email

Since upgrading my iPhone 4 to iOS5, I can no longer receive application updates or install new applications because it keeps asking me to verify my apple account. I've been using it successfully for about three years before this. I don't want to create a new account and each time I ask for a verification e-mail to be sent to me it never arrives. I know the email account is working correctly as I've received lots of other emails through it. Is there anyway I can force the verification email to arrive or verify my account in a different way?

I had the same problem. When I talked to support it turned out that I had two apple IDS. One with a yahoo.com extension and another with a mac.com extension. The problem was they were both using the same email address. Go to https://appleid.apple.com using the id you don't want to use anymore and then change the settings on the email address to something else. Then go back to verify the iCloud acct. you should then be able to receive the verification email to continue your setup. Good luck!

  • Can I get an icloud email but NOT an icloud account?

Everything is working fine as is, but I need a new email address.  I'd like to make use of .icloud.com address unless it means getting a brand new .icloud.com/Apple ID along with it.
    Thoughts?

If you already have an Apple ID and email ending @mac.com or @me.com from previous Apple Web services you already have an  “appleid”@cloud.com address that goes to the same e-mail box.
All three can be used at the same time

Try deleting the mail account and setting it back up again.

have a question mark in the place of my mail's icon and i cannot get into my email. I found my email folder in the library ,but it is not in applications. How do i get my email back ?

you should look in your applications folder to see if mail is still there. the dock icon is pointing to mail being in your applications folder. it has probably been moved or deleted for some reason from the app folder. do a spotlight search for your mail program. if it is still on your computer, move it back to the applications folder and when you click the question mark, it should see it is back and open. The email folder in your library shouldn't have to be touched. you need mail.app itself.

  • I bought adobe Photoshop CC, but i didnt get any verification email or serial number, what should i do?

i bought adobe Photoshop CC, but i didnt get any verification email or serial number, it took money from my account
    what should i do?

    Hello Nikoloz,
first of all you should have a look there: https://www.adobe.com/account.html  >>> see My productsView all >>> These registered products are associated with your Adobe ID. >>> Name >>> Serial number
If not successful use http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html >> see comments
On the other hand: Did you purchase your product from these firms like Amazon? If yes, this is not a serial number, only a code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.
    Good luck!

Most likely it is blocked on server level, you need to go to account settings and unblock everything that has word apple in it. Also just to make sure, verify that you didn't misspell your e-mail address.

  • HT5621 My ipad recognizes and old email address for icloud.  When I go to change the address it sends me an email verification email that says click the link THAT DOES NOT EXIST IN THE EMAIL!!   How do I get this changed?

I cannot get my icloud email address changed, but I no longer have that email address.  So it is sending an email to an address that no longer exists, yet I cannot get it to change to my current email address.  WHen I walk through the process, it sends me an "verificaiton email" that DOES NOT have the link in it to verify.  UGH

Welcome to the Apple community TMOZINGO.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

  • I changed my Apple ID to a new email address. I cannot get my Iphone and Ipad to recognize the new Apple ID.

I changed my Apple ID to a new email address.  Now I cannot get my Iphone and Ipad to recognize the new Apple ID ... and I cannot access the old Apple ID because it does not recognize its password any more ... and I cannot change the password ... and there seems to be no one to ask about this.  Any help?

I tried but it won't let me even access the old Apple ID.  It won't recoginze its old password and will not let me make a new one. (The site tells me it has sent an email to let me change the password but the email does not come.)

  • Do you get a verification email after signing up in Itunes Store?

So I'm transferring my pictures from my andriod to my new iphone 4g, and the person is currently working on it.
I recieved a call from him saying that I had to enter my mom's credit card to hook up with itunes. We entered it and he said that i would get a verification email so that i could verify it.
The only email i got, however, was just a "Welcome to the Itunes Store.." kinda thing. Nothing about verifiying. When we signed up the credit card, they didn't give us a notice that a verification email would be sent.
But what is this guy talking about a verification email?
And also, apparently I have way to many photos for the 8gb iphone. I only have 200 photos, 10 songs, and about 6-7 really short videos.
My friend has over 3,000 photos and over 300 songs and she has an 8gb. What's wrong with this too?!?
    thanks

It has been ages since I bought anything from the Apple online Store but the every time I did buy something - which includes several iMacs and a white MacBook, I always got a receipt. I think you should have received the receipt via email as soon as your credit card was charged for the purchase.
If I am misinformed about the delivery method of the receipt, someone will certainly correct me, but nonetheless, you should have gotten a receipt of some type. If you received an email confirmation of your purchase back in February, that may be all you need as your receipt for the iPads.
