I cannot get my Zen MicroPhoto out of recovery m

Hello all,?I really need help with my problem. I have a Zen Microphoto v0.0.65 and it has been in recovery mode for awhile. It has never acted up before and I have not dropped it or anything and treated it as a child because it was a birthday gift from May this year. It was working fine for the past few days and when I was listening to it tonight it stopped playing and froze. When this happens I usually shut it off or take out the battery, wait a few minutes and then place it back in and turn it on and it works. I tried doing this first and it didn't work. I then tried cleaning it out and rebooting it and it didn't work either. I did all of the suggestions on this site but nothing has worked it still turns on and goes right to Recovery Mode and I did every one of the tasks on it and it still doesnt work? I have a Dell labtop with Windows XP and my MP3 has been working fine on it since I got it. If I could have some help fast that would be awesome because it was a birthday gift and it cost my parents a lot I am sure and I would hate to have to spend more money on something that was brand new 7 months ago. Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

If it's in recovery mode, your data's almost certainly gone anyway.

You CANNOT get your phone out of recovery mode without restoring. Either restore your phone, or sit there with a broken, useless phone.

Yes. You need to restore the phone. If you connected the phone to your computer, it should be backed up in iTunes. Possibly iCloud as well.

Zen microphoto stuck in recovery mod

Okay, so my zen is stuck in recovery mode. I've tried taking the battery out for hours, and i've tried each option in the recovery mode, all of which do nothing. I've plugged it into my computer and it's recognised, but when i run the Creative recovery tool, it says my zen is not connected and so nothing can be done. I don't know what else to do...
I'm going insane, and getting really impatient. I'm pretty computer illiterate so you'll have to talk dumb to me

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I have tried everything (and, unlike Jellypigs , I am an advanced computer user / system designer/builder).
Whenever I choose any of the options ("Clean up", "format" "Reload firware" "reboot" ) It says that it is doing it, but nothing actually happens (I left it "reformatting" overnight last night and nothing happened). If I try to initiate a firmware reload from the pc (windows does detect the player) the program asks me to plug in the player even though it already is.

I've had my iPod Touch 4G for almost five months now. Since my laptop is very slow, I just buy all of my music and apps on my iPod. I actually take the time to transfer everything about once a month. Yesterday I was going to transfer my purchased items from iPod to computer, since I skipped transferring for two months. While I let my computer start up, I checked Facebook on my iPod. Since I had just changed my password Facebook said it was logging me out, but it was taking a bit longer than usual. I decided just to delete and re-download the app. While it was re-downloading, I checked the weather and my whole iPod froze. I clicked the home button multiple times, with no success, so I held the sleep/wake button and home button until the Apple icon showed (that's what I normally do when it freezes). However, the icon stayed on for five minutes. The screen then flashed white, black, and the Apple icon came back on. About a minute later, the screen showed "Connect to iTunes". I connected it, and iTunes said it was in recovery mode and I would have to restore it. It makes me sick to know that I was just about to transfer all of my purchases/photos to my computer, but now everything is gone. Is there any way I can get out of recovery and save everything? Check iTunes / Preferences - Devices. If you have a backup stored there, you may be in luck.
Otherwise, it's a restore.

Alright, so i tried to install ios 7 and i got an error saying that the ios 7 update got a problem and so then my phone went into recovery mode. i installed tiny umbrella to get it out of recovery and it worked, so then i tried to install ios 7 again and it got another error this time my phone had already been switched to the ios 7 format but was not completely done, so my phone went into recovery mode again. so i tried tiny umbrella again and it just kept going back to recovery mode. i tried to restore my phone after trying to look for another way to get my phone out of recovery mode and i got nothing so i decided to restore my phone and i then get another freaking error saying that itunes could not restore due to a problem, then i just decided to try tiny umbrella one last time and it didnt work. so i tried to restore again but now my phone is not being detected on itunes so i cant do anything, and my phone is stuck in recovery mode... all i was trying to do is get the new update and now my phone is dead, it wont do anything please help!!

Use tinyumbrella. Connect your iphone, click on the random string of numbers that appears in the recover devices window, and click "exit recovery". That solved my problem, and it may solve yours. Give it a shot.

I am having trouble getting my iphone out of recovery mode. While getting my upgrade my phone became detached from the computer in the middle of the download and went into recovery mode. I have tried to restore the phone however while itunes is extracting data my phone will reset itself after so long before itunes can finish extracting data and when it does my itunes will not pick it. You can try this it has always worked for me:
Try holding both the home button and power button until it shuts off and you see the apple logo come up.
After that does take your finger off the power button WHILE STILL HOLDING the home button.
This should send your phone into DFU mode where you can use the recovery option to kick it out of that mode.

If your phone is in recovery mode, all data on it are gone. The only way to get your phone working again is to restore.

Last night I upgraded my iPhone 4S to ios 7, and this morning when I went to use it I was stuck in Recovery Mode - How do I get my iPhone 4S out of it w/o restoring? I have photos, contacts, etc Iwant to get off the phone. I tried Tiny Umbrella and RecBoot but no dice. I was not able to get any help from the Apple tech on the phone. They only suggestions offered were to check to see if iPhoto or the Finder would show my device so I could copy over my photos.

That error usually means that your computer antivirus is blocking the update.
It can also mean that your phone was jailbroken, or your computer was used to jailbreak some iOS device in the past.

How can I get this iPhone 5 out of Recovery Mode?

I'm sure there are many questions asking the same thing, but my situation seems a little different than what I've read so far.
I was attempting to restore a new iPhone 5 from a previous backup from an iPhone 3. After waiting for the 5 to download the new update (6.0.2), it started the restoration process, but stopped right before it was finished and gave me an "unknown error 6". I can't seem to make sense of what error 6 is, no matter what I read in forums.
Since then, the phone has been in Recovery Mode. I cannot get to the home screen, it WILL NOT restore completely, and every time I try I get the error 6 message. This phone is useless right now, and I am unable to restore it.
I've tried TinyUmbrella, restoring in DFU, and nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have a clue as to where I can go from here? Any ideas are much appreciated.
