I purchased a new Iphone5s yesterday. and by the time I arrived home, it didn't recognize my fingerprint lagin and asked for a pascode. I have tries many times and now my phone asks me to contact itunes

Below that line there is an Apple ID which is the primary email address being used by the iPad. You can make changes there to change the email address.

You'll want to have your husband sign up on the older iPad with his own Apple ID. First, on the old iPad, sign out of your Apple ID:
To sign out of your Apple ID
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Then, sign in with the other Apple ID, and that should work. If it doesn't work after having separate Apple IDs on each iPad, check out the following document where, towards the bottom, there is a "Troubleshooting FaceTime calls" section:

Cannot get migration assistant working from PowerBook to MacBook Air - what am I doing wrong?

Hello out there,
I am proud possessor of a new MacBook Air with Mac OS X 10.7. Up to now, I used a PowerBook with Mac OX X 10.4.11. Although the two macs - old and new one - are connected via the same WLAN network, I cannot get the migration assistant going. The two cannot find each other, although they are only 5 centimetres apart....what am I doing wrong? Do I need an update for the PowerBook? And if yes, which one? Or should I give up?

I cannot get homesharing to work on the new itunes.

Both computers are authorized, they are on the same connection, I've checked everything. It used to work, but they were updated and now they won't work. Before moving out I transferred half of my library but after I came back to get the rest of it and it won't work. It's making me really upset! I go back to school in a week and I want the rest of my music! What the heck itunes!

I don't know if you need to turn Home Sharing back on or recycle through Off an On for both Machines.
File> Home Sharing > Turn on Home Sharing
Or if it is not running the
File > Home Sharing > Turn on Home Sharing
With my wifes machine I was only seeing part of her library. Stopped and started Home Sharing and it was fine.

Help! Cannot get sensor to work; bought a new one

Please help! Am frustrated! I have a 1st gen Nano with Nike +. I didn't use it for quite a while and then the receiver did not recognize my sensor (thought it was my sensor). Realized that if you don't put them to sleep it can die, so I bought a new sensor. Ipod recognizes the receiver (shows up on the menu) so I went to link the new sensor by going to the linking feature, walked around a bit like it tells you to do, and then it said sensor not recognized. Tried a few times, made sure it wasn't asleep, etc. So I thought maybe it was my receiver that was having a problem since that sat in a drawer idle for some time also. So, I just bought a new receiver with a new sensor package and I am still having the same problem. It doesn't recognize the sensor. Says my Ipod is already linked to a sensor. I even tried to unpair the sensor and then did an Ipod sync, but to no avail, still not working. Help what am I doing wrong? It used to work just fine and I love it. Is there a way to uninstall the Nike software from my Ipod and then re-install it? Don't care if lose data. Thank you!!!!

I had this same problem so I decided to call the Apple Support people and they solved my problem. Here is what the woman told me to do....
1. Hold down center button and menu button on iPod until the Apple Logo appears and then let go
2. Hold down the sensor's button for 5 seconds then press it twice one after another quickly, so hold for 5 then click click
3. Put the sensor in your shoe
4. Put the receiver into iPod and go to Nike+ iPod > Settings > Link then click center button to link to new sensor
5. Walk around and the receiver should pick up on the sensor
This should work. GOOD LUCK

OMG I cannot get Sync to work on my new machine.

I have two PC's, a desktop and a laptop, which I bought at the same time and was able to sync with zero issues. Now, I have added a second desktop, WHICH ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO EVEN PRETEND TO SYNC. All three machines are running Firefox 31. I followed the web instructions to reset the version of Sync to the new one. ALL THREE MACHINES have now told me, "Sync enabled. Firefox will start syncing momentarily," which, shockingly enough, is all that ever happens. I have been through pretty much every support article on this site regarding Sync, and tried every possible different combination of signing in, signing out, hitting the button 30 times, that sort of thing, and am now extremely frustrated and annoyed. I work online and I need these freakin' machines, and a working web browser, and my bookmarks and my passwords and my history. Anyone with (effective) words of wisdom would be much appreciated, thanks.

Thank you for your question. I understand that the third computer will not sync.
I ran into this last week as well when I was changing the password and adding a test profile. This is what I did:
#Removed the account from Options/Preferences > Sync
# Made a back up of the profile, I do this out of habit from losing school papers.
# Added the account again and went to accounts.firefox.com
#Signed in on that page and saw the "Your sync will begin momentarily"
# Waited about 5 mins for the first default sync.
# Then clicked Tools > Sync Now
After that I saw my data and all was synced with the other profiles.

Have you tried going into settings, and checking to see if iMessage has been turned off/ if there is no email associated with iMessage? You can do this by going to Settings > Messages > iMessage (See if it's enabled). You can check if there is an email associated with it by going to Settings > Messages > Send & Recieve. That's about as much help as I can give.

How do I get Sync to work with my new iPhone? Sync stops at step 2 of 5 steps.

I have a new iPhone and am trying to sync the music I downloaded from the cloud on my phone with iTunes on my PC. After clicking on sync on my computer the status bar stops on step 2 of 5 steps. I have checked to make sure my computer is authorized in iTunes.

Based on what you've posted, your computer does not have the right tuner. You need a QAM tuner to record locals from FiOS, or a CableCard tuner to record all local and cable channels from FiOS.

I don't know this app, but I did look it up in the iTunes Store, thinking I would suggest you could visit the developer's (vendor's) site and seek assistance there.
But when I found the app and went to the vendor's site, I found garbage (nothing useful).

Thanks for the suggestion, Chris. I actually did not resolve the issue which is why i did not post an answer.
it turns out that my iphone seems to default to an incorrect User ID (it defaults to an @me account, which is not something that i have ever used).
even when i change the User ID in my settings for the iTunes store, it still appears when i attempt to get updates for my existing apps. however, it does seem to use the correct ID when i attempt to purchase new apps.
If someone actually had an answer to correct this, i would love to update my existing apps.
