I cannot get photos from new Photo app to "edit" in elements like they did in iPhotos?

When I click "edit" in Photos, they no longer automatically open to be edited in Photoshop Elements like they did when I had iPhotos. I am on OS Yosemite version 10.10.3

That ability is not available in the new app. Apparently we're waiting for the developers to write hooks to use the new extensions feature in Photos.

Start with the first article to troubleshoot the issue of not getting mail on your iPad. When you get online using safari, check to see if you can log into webmail. Also keep in mind, depending on the account that mail sometimes might not come in if it is a POP account as it may have already been download elsewhere.

Cannot get connection from Iphone 5 to my desktop via bluetoot. They seem to see eachother just fine and I am getting the code on my computer and the phone but when I hit the pair button the connection cannot be made

Trying to connect my iphone 5 with my desktop MAC via bluetooth. Everything seems to be working fine when pairing them up. I get the code on both the computer and the phone but when I hit the final pairing button i get an unsuccessful pairing issue. Any ideas

I could find an external driver to get photos before.

Try disabling Norton and syning. If that doesn't help try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components by following this guide: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7, then reinstall iTunes. You must follow this guide exactly or it will not be successful. Note: uninstalling iTunes will only remove the application; it will not touch your iTunes library or data.
If you continue to have trouble you can use an app like PhotoSync to wirelessly transfer your photos to your computer while you continue to try to troubleshoot this.

Unfortunately I don't have iPhoto (running Windows).
I did, however, figure out a work-around.
I created an empty directory on my computer, and told iTunes to "Sync Photos from..." that empty directory. This deleted all the photos from the iPod (go figure).
I then set the "Sync Photos from..." dropdown back to directory that actually contained all my photos, and sync'd again.
And, yes, they all loaded onto the iPod at their better, higher resolution.

ALSO, on the iPod under Settings>General>iTunes Sync, you may need to back out of the "iTunes Wi-fi Sync," and reopen it to get it to update.
(I use iTunes 11.1.5.5)

I'm cannot get photos to show in full screen on slideshow while mirroring to my TV

I don't use netflix yet on mine but the slow startup I might be able to help. I just restarted mine and in maybe 5 seconds is restarted.
If you have a lot of programs running in the background that may be causing the slow start or shutdown. To close those running programs, 4 finger upto get to the running programs and to close them, tap one and hold for a second and flip upwards,, it will go off the top of the screen, closing it. Do this with all that you want closed, there will only be the main screen you can't close that will be left.
I also shut off location services, Bluetooth and under safari there a use data option which for some reason turned on but I could have clicked yes somewhere and those got turned on, but I turned them off since I don't need them on.
Then try a restart.

Videos in a shared Photo Stream can only be streamed, they cannot be downloaded.

You need Pages 09 (Version 4) to take advantage of Mountain Lion's iCloud features. You don't say what version you have.

How do I get Photo App working again?

Photo App crashed while migrating iPhoto and now Photo is crashing every time I try to open it. This is on an iPhone 5s using iOS 8.0.2. How do I get Photo app working again?There is no uninstall and reinstall for this app.

I ended up using iTunes to back up the iPhone and restoring it. After that the next time I started Photo app it finished migrating iPhoto and it is working normally.

You can go to the Apple online store and purcahse a copy of Mountain Lion. This will give you a redemption code, which you can use to download Mountain Lion from the App Store. Unfortuantely, I'm not aware of any other way to legally purchase it. I have never seen Apple release Muontain Lion on DVD.
In terms of Apple Service, they just need the serial number of the machine to check the purcahse date. It is usually correct, to within a few weeks. A quick Google search should give you the correct number to dial.

Not sure where to post this issue.
I am noticing this error since I did the Mac update. The Mac update included the java update. Right now the java version is 1.6.0_31. My Mac OS X version is 10.7.3. I am seeing the problem for all the soundfont files that I am trying to load. The error i get is.
javax.sound.midi.InvalidMidiDataException: cannot get soundbank from stream
     at javax.sound.midi.MidiSystem.getSoundbank(MidiSystem.java:565)
     at myPackage.MyMusicApp.main(MyMusicApp.java:14)

No satisfactory progress!
I submitted a bug for this using the Apple bug reporter on 9th April (#11208868) and despite asking for an update, it has been completely ignored (even now). I'm not impressed.
I then issued a (paid for) Developer Technical Support issue which was credited back to my account a few days later with no explanation. When I asked why, I eventually got: "At this time DTS does not provide code-level support for Java"!
So, Apple are assuming to responsibility for this problem. I realise that Oracle is mostly responsible for Java but Apple took this crippled version (how much testing did they do?) and updated our customers' machines with it. This has effectively disabled a key feature of our product and has cost us damage to our company's reputation. Still Apple don't care and they rely on the fact that we are too small to sue them. You can see I'm not happy! I naively thought Apple would make some attempt to assist their developers.
