I cannot get Photoshop CC to work because of some Windows 8 software issue

I am trying to get my version of Photoshop CC to work on my computer. But when I do so, it always shuts down when I get a message which says "QtCorePcQt4.dll". I had tried to install a version of Picture Code (Noise Ninja) as a plug-in earlier this afternoon am I am wondering if that caused the trouble. I want to get this corrected myself. What do I do?

It as possible plugins are known to cause havoc if they were not installed correctly. I don't have that plugin so can't confirm or deny any issues.
My suggestion is to start over, uninstall all Adobe apps including the manager. They can be uninstalled inside the manager, then use the normal add/remove programs in the control panel to uninstall the manager.
Restart your computer, then install the manager then the apps you need inside the manager.
If this does not work or the manager refuses to uninstall a search on Adobe's website is a download for the Adobe cleaner. It will remove all traces then you can restart then install.
If both of these methods fail let us know.

Deleting "roaming" files sounds like a terrible idea. On Windows, your User setting files are divided into "Local" and "Roaming". If you delete all the files in "Roaming" you will be removing all of the settings from all of your application. Everything will be returned to default. While this shouldn't be particularly damaging, as these files will just be recreated at the next launch of the applications), you may lose a lot of time resetting everything to your liking.
A much better idea is to create a new user account. The new user account will start with an essentially empty Roaming folder and allow you to test whether there is something wrong with your current settings (as stored in Roaming) that is causing this problem in Photoshop. Cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,
I cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit. I downloaded the trail of Photoshop CS6 just fine. I am trying to download the trial of Photoshop Elements 10. I get the adobe installer window and I login in and select my PSE 10 Trial and the installation begins and I have it saved to my desktop. When the installation finishes nothing happens. There is a Photoshop Elements folder on my desktop but it is empty. I have tried a couple of time with the same result.
Any suggestions?

Hi Ken,
I apologize for not making myself clear. What I meant by "saving to desktop" was when I I went to download the the trial of PSE 10 the install window will ask me where I want to save the file. It is defaulted (highlighted) to save to "my documents" but I selected to save the file to my desktop. I tried to install the trial of Photoshop Elements 10 again and this time it did install and is working.

Contact Adobe sales or Adobe Customer Service.
You would have to upgrade to CS6 for Mac as a "cross-grade" or platform swap.
They will not allow you to simply swap for CS5 Mac, because CS5 is no longer sold or supported.
You can either upgrade to CS6 Mac by way of platform swap for some $200, or you can join the Cash Cow subscription mode.

Just as the title says, I cannot get Photoshop CC to sync settings even after the 14.1.1 update which I thought was supposed to address the issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop CC on both computers multiple times and it is still not working. I tried using the <taglib-uri> and it works for me(I am using Tomcat 4.0).
In fact I can use just http://www.man as long as it matchs what I put in the uri attribute of the taglib directive of my JSP.
But the situation is confusing because according to the Servlet2.3 specification
"taglib-uri element describes a URI relative to the location of the web.xml document,
identifing a Tag Library used in the Web Application." Perhaps someone with more experience
can explain.

You can go to the Apple online store and purcahse a copy of Mountain Lion. This will give you a redemption code, which you can use to download Mountain Lion from the App Store. Unfortuantely, I'm not aware of any other way to legally purchase it. I have never seen Apple release Muontain Lion on DVD.
In terms of Apple Service, they just need the serial number of the machine to check the purcahse date. It is usually correct, to within a few weeks. A quick Google search should give you the correct number to dial.

I would delete the account and try to re-enter it. Also, you have to let your firm's IT department know that you want to sync work email on your personal devices before they actually work.

Yes. tried the one ram stick, no go. I have been trying to boot off/install the windows 7 disk but am unable to get to the point where windows starts installing after its gathering information portion of the install. I can get to the disk selection screen of the install with the WD HD on SATA port 2 but then get the "cant install messages" when I try to select the Vertex 3. Yes I can see the Vertex 3 Drive as well as the WD drive at this point. some times I have to hit "scan" a couple of times.
