I cannot get Photoshop CS6 to download to my new computer

Why can't I download Photoshop cs6 onto my new PC?
I have the original Photoshop CS3 disk which has been upgraded online to CS6 with new serial number. I could not find any way to download either a trial or the programme I bought.
My new computer is Windows 7 64 bit. If I deactivate Photoshop CS6 on my old pc will that work?

You have a maximum of two CS6 activations. If you have already used up that quota,you must deactivate one before installing on a new PC.

Cant get my iphone 5 to sync with my computer (new operating system). Am running XP through a virtual box. When I try to sync the phone it keeps asking for auto lock code, there is no box to type it into and I can find nothing on the phone itself to solve the problem.
This makes it impossibble to sync with my itunes account. Anyone out there able to help ?

I printed wjosten's instructions for syncing to a new computer and followed them step-by-step. It didn't work though. My phone still only syncs my pictures but no other content. Can anyone help me...I'm really frustrated!

For Apps, you can re-download them again for free if available in the iTunes/App Store under Purchased.

I purchased cloud access and cannot get it all to load on my new computer

I purchased a premium cloud site for iTunes. I am told it can work on I think up to 3 or 5 machines. I tried to load it onto my new computer and all the items appear there but more than half are light grey and do not work. The list is there but not all the data. Many CDs are partially there and partially grey. What am I missing here. I have tried to up date it several times but no change.

I just downloaded both files. Here's how it went.
1. I clicked on "File 1 of 2"
2. Windows Explorer opened so I could pick a destination folder
3. I clicked "Save" and the download began
4. Then I did the same for "File 2 of 2"
This is what the files look like in Windows Explorer
The next step would be to double-click the exe file and proceed from there.

Cannot get Photoshop CC to download

I have tried to download Photoshop cc about 10 times. Each time it takes about 45 minutes to download. I've talked to support on chat 4 times. They have tried all kinds of things including remote access and nothing has worked. Also, they had me change a lot of boot options on my computer and now it doesn't recognize my iphone. ?????? Why won't this download? How do I change those boot settings back? and can you just send me a DVD of photoshop? I've spent about 10-12 hours on this process and it's getting really old.

...but hey!! at least I get to wait another hour because there are 32 people ahead of me in line to talk with the chat support people. Fun times!!!

I just purchased CS6 and downloaded onto the new iMac I just bought. I cannot get it to open. I think I may have purchased a windows version in error. When I clicked on "DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.exe I am told the application can't open because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X. Does anyone know how to contact Adobe directly? I keep going around and around on their site and have found no e-mail or phone number to contact them to get this straightened out. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much out there for any assistance!

Cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,
I cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit. I downloaded the trail of Photoshop CS6 just fine. I am trying to download the trial of Photoshop Elements 10. I get the adobe installer window and I login in and select my PSE 10 Trial and the installation begins and I have it saved to my desktop. When the installation finishes nothing happens. There is a Photoshop Elements folder on my desktop but it is empty. I have tried a couple of time with the same result.
Any suggestions?

Hi Ken,
I apologize for not making myself clear. What I meant by "saving to desktop" was when I I went to download the the trial of PSE 10 the install window will ask me where I want to save the file. It is defaulted (highlighted) to save to "my documents" but I selected to save the file to my desktop. I tried to install the trial of Photoshop Elements 10 again and this time it did install and is working.

Installer failed to initialize: unable to install Photoshop CS6 from download

I'm unable to install photoshop CS6 from download. I've downloaded to required two files (Photoshop_13_LS16.7z and Photoship_13_LS16) and double clicked on the second file. This appeared to extract a number of files and folders to a newly created C:/users/lester/desktop/adobe CS6/Photoshop/ folder. I found a file called "Set-up.exe" inside the .../Adobe CS6/ folder and double clicked it. When I double click, a status bar says "initializing installer" for a few seconds, I get the following error message:
! We've encountered the followng issues
Adobe installer is already running. Please close other Adobe installers and select retry option to continue with this installation.
Get Adobe Support Advisor
Nothing else is running in Windows. The adobe support advisor link is useless because the page says support advisor was discontinued. The "how to download" PDF on the download page was useless (for CD disk downloads only). Any ideas?

Thanks Jeff - I decided to do a complete reinstall of Windows because of this issue and others with unwanted popups I accidentally downloaded. Hopefully things will go smoother the third time around, just as they did a few days ago when I did install PS CS6 without any problems.

Cannot use PhotoShop CS6 after trial expired, even after purchasing Creative Cloud Student Edition

I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
(I never received a serial number.)
I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

Cannot install Photoshop CS6 ugrade to Photoshop CS4 on Windows 7 PC.

I cannot install Photoshop CS6 upgrade to Photoshop CS4 on my Windows 7 PC. Error reads - Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifing product could not be found on this computer. I then selected CS$ as the product and entered the serial number with Error - This serial number is not for a qualifying product. CS4 is currently running on the PC. Any advise?

If you recently purchased CS6 as an upgrade then the versions that qualify for the upgrade were reduced a couple years ago to only include CS5 and CS5.5. If you purchased CS6 a couple years ago while CS4 was still in the upgrade path then you should contact Adobe support using chat and see if they can help you get thru the activation.

I go to updater and it says that it is up-to-date, even though I have uninstalled it. When I try to reinstall, the download button is available, I click it, which takes me to the updater screen, and informs me that it is up to date, even though it is not in my application folder. I have ben able to download Lightroom with success, but not Photoshop and other previously downloaded apps.

Latest FULL ENGLISH version of Photoshop CS6 for downloading

I leave in Monaco and would like to buy the FULL ENGLISH version of Photoshop CS6, for downloading in my computer. I was not allowed to do it through Amazon.com because it is only for US residents, and cannot buy it from Amazon.co.uk because they do not include Monaco in the list of countries. Please help. I just went through this same process.... I changed my credit card, double checked billing info, changed my password, I restored my phone, but the misake I made was I kept restoring it from my back up.... Finally I went to Apple Store.. and sad to say that you have to do a restore, and DO NOT restore from back up.
I used Gmail so I didnt loose contacts or email.. but I did loose all my text messages and history of that.
So, I had the EXACT same problem and it was a software issue.. you have to restore your phone to factory settings and start all over.. BLOWS I know!
