I cannot get to the email account on my settings. It has frozen. I have tried re-booting, but no luck

My email account has frozen and when I go to settings I cannot get to change anything. It has frozen. I have tried re-booting, but it stays frozen. I have two accounts: one is via a proxy server from my work place. I think that is the cause of my problem, bit I cannot get to it to delete or remove it. Can anyone help?

Did you change the email address associed with yur account?  If you only changed that, your Apple ID address is not changed.  See:
