That's what the 6,2 model indicates.There's an issue with the graphics module on that machine. There was a program in place to replace the motherboard within 3 years of purchase, but you're probably outside of that. Some folks have supposedly gotten theirs changed outside of that period, so you can try.

What you can do to use it is download gfxstatus from http:gfx.io and force the graphics to Intel. That would affect your work with Final Cut, but at least you might be able to use the machine. -
Having trouble opening a pdf with Adobe...keep seeing an error sign "acroExch" does anyone have a way to fix this?
Hmm, "Use Adobe Reader" should launch the PDF outside of Firefox in the stand-alone Adobe Reader application, so seeing it in a tab is something of a puzzle.
Could you check your version of Adobe Reader? For Windows 7, you normally would have the Reader XI series (Reader 11), which has had several updates. From inside Adobe Reader, you can use Help > Check for Updates to make sure it's current.
In Firefox, could you check your Adobe Acrobat plugin version or possibly versions? You can view that on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. If you find multiple versions, this can cause problems and may need to be cleaned up manually (post back on that for suggestions).
Sometimes, the settings file which stores those download handler preferences becomes corrupted and there's not much else to do than to rename or remove that file and let Firefox rebuild it.
To do that, open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using either
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
* (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
* type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
In the first table on the page, click the "Show Folder" button. This will launch a new window (Windows Explorer window) listing various settings files.
Leaving that window open, switch back to Firefox and Exit, either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "power" button
* (menu bar) File > Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename '''mimeTypes.rdf''' to something like mimeTypes.old
Start Firefox back up again and "PDF Files" should be back to their default setting of "Preview in Firefox". Try changing that to "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)" and test to see whether there's any improvement. -

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

Try this:
1. Click on your desktop
2. Then in the Go menu click on Go To Folder
3. Paste the following line in the Go To Folder dialog and press Go
~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Plugins/Adobe Contact Sheet II PSE12/Elements
4. That should open a finder window something like below.
Drag the Adobe Contact Sheet PSE12 Prefs to the Trash on the dock
5. Start the pse 12 editor and see the contact sheet II works. -

The problem is that I used to have VS Ultimate 2013 (Preview Edition, I think) installed on my machine but I've uninstalled it some time ago. It looks like something was left over in process.
What I've tried to do was to install VS Ultimate 2013 again, perform a repair operation and then uninstall it again. This uninstall process is reported to be successful. However, it did not solve my problem: VS Community 2013 installation still fails.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this sort of situation is exactly why potential users of pre-release software are warned NOT to install test software on production systems. While a new software version is in development, one of the LAST things to
be finalized is the uninstaller. So, uninstalling a test edition often leaves behind unwanted artifacts.
In your situation, I'd do a clean install of my OS, then install VS. -

You have to delete the current application and all files with "iPhoto" in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder,

Then install iPhoto from the disks it came on originally and apply the latest, applicable updates.

When I try to play songs from itunes, I get an error message that my computer is not authorized. My songs have all played in the past. This is something new. I verified my computer is authorized, and when I try to re-enter the password, it tells me that I am already authorized. Makes no sense at all. It's an endless circle. Also, my shuffle will not sync due to access rights denied. I did nothing new, I always take the updates. My shuffle and compter are the same, no changes. Everything is verified in my itunes account. For some reason, it is blocking me from half of my music. Help!

Error message: $host does not have a method 'resetDataPermsCheck'
LiveCycle Designer 8.05.
I am trying to reset the data in a subform. It is working great in certain subforms in my form. However, some of the code is as follows:
if (form1.P1.docSF.new_revision.rawValue == "0") {
// do something
} else {
xfa.host.resetData("form1.P1.newdoc_numberSF");
With this code, I receive an error (in the Warnings panel) that says "$host does not have a method 'resetDataPermsCheck'", yet the subform fields still reset properly. If I move the "xfa.host.resetData..." line out of the "else" section into the "if" section, the error message goes away.
