Jonp52000428 do you receive any specific error messages when attempting to install Creative Suite 6 Design Premium? For information on how to locate and interpret the installation log files please see Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC. You are welcome to post any specific error messages you discover.

99% Installed on Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium then received an error window: The file AdobePDF.dll on Adobe Acrobat CD-ROM is needed. Type the path where the file is located, and then click O.K. Browse to the file and copy files from it. Please advise as to how to finish this install. I am able to open each one of the applications that were installed from the Program Files, but the install is still sitting at 99% and the Files Needed window is still up. Please advise. Thank you!
I did see this information, but I do not have 64 bit, nor am I trying to

EYou can't one way or the other. Serial numbers are platform specific and platform swaps only apply to current versions, meaning you have to upgrade to CS6 and make the switch.

Yes I had a problem! I upgraded from CS3 to Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium. I Installed but I could not register it to use it! ADOBE Software License Agreement kept on returning. The technical people had me delete a file and then it worked! But still no Acrobat! Please can you help! -

I've just received the ADobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium Student teacher edition. My student ID was validated when I was ordering it so that I wouldn't have to register it when it arrived. I'm new to the Mac and when I put the disk in nothing comes up to prompt the intallation. I saw instructions to open up application folder but I couldn't see the "install app." prompt. I have the serial number needed but don't know how to install and activate it. I hope you can help!There is no autoplay on Mac OS. You will want to double click on the DVD and then launch the Setup or Install program. It should be at the root level on your DVD.

Just received boxed version of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium on CD.
Win7 is running computer.
Uninstalled all Adobe products.
Trying to install Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium, message says "The target file exists and is newer than the source."
The target and source seem to be "AdobePDF.dll".
I am asked to tell the program whether to overwrite the newer target file.
Should the newer target file be overwritten, or not?YEs, go ahead and overwrite it.

I have Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium STUDENT and I want to upgrade to CS6.
Is there a astudent ugrade price, or do I have to pay the full commercial upgrade price (pretty much the cost of the CS5.5 suite)? If I have to pay the full commercial upgrade fee, do I now have a full version (non-student) of the suite?

I have purchased Adobe and am transfering the license to another machine. However I do not have the media and would like to use the trial version and enter the key. When I downloaded the Trial downloader it only gives me the option to download Photoshop Elements, Premire elements, and Acrobat. How can I use this to download Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium?

I am running Lightroom 6 in conjunction with 64 bit Photoshop CS6. I need to install Camera Raw 9 plus other relevan updates for the Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 package. Running Adobe Application manager finds the relevant updates but won't download / install them. Clicking the update button results in an error message "Application Manager has stopped working". This is a windows system running 64 bit Windows 7

Cannot install Student version of Creative Suite 6 Master Collection
Since I'm in college I bought the Student version of the Adobe creative suite Master Collection CS6. It installed fine at that time but that computer died and so I had to get a new one. This one is also running windows 7. When I run the disk it has no *run* option. Instead all I can do is open the folder and I don't see an exe or any kind of file to install it. What on earth do I do? I have to have this for my flash class.

I had the same problem and a friend resolve it running the complements located inside the following folder: Adobe CS5_5\payloads\Microsoft_[***], where "Microsoft_[***]" represent all the folders that begin with the name "Microsoft_".
Running all the complements or patches inside this folders and retry the installation.
