You could try using the DNG converter 8.7 on Windows vista:

I have been using PSE 13 for 3 months with no problems. When I launch the Editor in PSE 13 this is what I get -
"Adobe Photoshop cannot run on this computer because this version of Photoshop requires Windows 7 or later"
RAM 12.0GB
64 bit operating system
Intel(R) Core(TM)I7CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
Windows 7 SP1

I think you mean Photoshop CS2. Photoshop 2 is from around 1992. The old Adobe activation servers were taken down. CS2 is about a decade old Adobe made a new download for old customers that legal customers can download and install. Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products

Thanks! The procedure worked great for me (using iTunes 10), however there was one caveat. I also had to edit “AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi” with Orca and change the entry in “LaunchCondition” from
VersionNT64>=600
to
VersionNT64>=501
in order for the Device Manager driver update procedure to work, and iTunes to recognize my iPhone4. Prior to doing this, only “digital still camera” was displayed in the “imaging” entry in Device Manger. Once I did the above, “Apple Mobile Device USB Driver” was listed, and the procedure worked as written.

We were recently given an older Gateway laptop that we intend to use solely as an internet terminal. Alas, it is running Windows ME and I don't even know if it has all the specs to upgrade (and certainly not to Vista, which is the only thing we have an install disk for). It currently has Firefox 2.0.0.20, which of course contains numerous security vulnerabilities and is incompatible with most newer plugins.
