I cannot log in to my Kohls account "The connection was reset"

Question

When I go to the Kohls website and click on the 'my account' tab and when I click on 'sign in' it goes to another tab and then gives me the message "The connection was reset" and

I can log in the same account from the desktop but not the Laptop.

If you can visit the website in other browsers but not in Firefox:
*At the top of the Firefox window, click on the '''Tools''' menu, and select '''Clear Recent History....'''
** If menu bar is hidden, "'''Firefox button'''" -> "'''Clear recent history...'''"
*In the Time Range to clear: drop-down, select '''Everything'''.
*Click the arrow next to Details to display the list of items that can be cleared.
*Select both '''Cookies''' and '''Cache'''.
*Click '''Clear Now'''.
