I cannot log into Skype on my iPhone.

I have recently updated my IOS on my iPhone 6 and the most recent update for Skype, Since this I cannot log into Skype. I have the correct Skype ID and I know my password is corretc because I reset this today and then re-tried logging in. Skype still doesn't recognise my details. It is getting bloody frustrating! Anybody els e have this problem? Or can anyone help? Thanks in advance Jonny

I am not using 3rd party keyboard and I re-installed the app. Even though I could still login on my pc I changed my password, can login successfully on PC, but still cannot login on my iphone....

So I came up with the genious idea of changing my Xbox live e-mail adress. But that is harder then getting into the Kremlin. Because You cannot change a microsoft account into a different microsoft account (Great going Bill).
So Frustrations keep building up. It looks more like i'm in a pitt filled with snakes and crocs with no way of escaping and each tunnel of hope I find is filled with even more dangerous animals. So here I am. Whispering to the Gods for help.

Understood. Here is how it works.
When you log into Xbox One with a Microsoft account (= Xbox Live account), this is the one that Skype will use.
If you want to log into different Microsoft account on Skype for Xbox One, you need to log into different Xbox One (= Microsoft account) account.
So, you cannot be logged into Microsoft account A on Xbox and into Microsoft account B in Skype.

I recently unlinked my hotmail account from my skype as it was constantly showing that I was online to other users when I was using my hotmail for university which is very distracting.
I now cannot log into my skype account as both option to log in or sign up as a new user automatically change to a page to link accounts and will not let me bypass it, thus sign into my account.
The skype I have was already a windows 8 feature, but this whole linking accounts thing is horrible.
I will NOT and DO NOT want to link my accounts.
Anyone got any advise on how to log into your skype without merging accounts?

With the native "modern" Skype for Windows 8 you can only login using Microsoft account. However, if you install the normal desktop version, then you will be able to login with any account.
The currently latest 6.20.0.104 Skype for Windows desktop can be installed using this msi-installer:

I'm using a MacBook Pro. I have used Skype for years and all of the sudden, a few months ago, my skype wouldn't allow me to log in. I tried to create a new account and that wouldn't work. I've also downloaded the latest version and it still does the same thing. The error that comes up is "please check your network settings." I'm not sure what that means because my interenet is working fine. Someone please help!

Cannot log into iTunes and App Store since 6.1 update (iphone 5)

I see many other of you having trouble with App Store in other discussions (App Store shows blank), me too.
And I also cannot log into iTunes through Settings-->iTunes & App Stores. After putting in my Apple ID and password it just doesn't go anywhere.
All of these started since I updated my iphone 5 from 6.0.2 to 6.1 yesterday. I've also updated my ipad 3 but it works just fine.

Have you tried doing a reset on your iPhone? Press the Home button and the Power button at the same time and hold them down until the Silver Apple appears. Once it has fully reset, try to log into iTunes again on your phone.

That's great that you could sign in now.
I think issue you faced in signing was because email verification was not done before. And when you signed from web client, you might have received a note asking you to do verification. It solved the logging issues you were facing on iPhone as well.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

I cannot log into a particular web page. I am connected to wifi at home and when I try to connect it times out. Obviously something wrong with my wifi as i cannot connect using Mac, PC and iphone all connected to same wifi. When I tun wifi off, my mobile phone connects using 4G. How do I reset wifi - have turned it off and back on, re-booted - but still no good. Any ideas?

I cannot log into my yahoo mail account from my iphone4. The password does not have any special characters. On my PC there is no problem.
Also cannot configure Add Yahoo mail. I woould get a message, stating "Verification required. Log into your Yahoo! account at www.yahoo.com". when I attempt this I get "Invalid ID/Password".

Tried eveyrhting and this was the way that fixed it for me --
if you are having an issue adding the yahoo mail account on an iphone/ ipad / ipod.
In the app store download the yahoo mail app for iphone (it works on ipads and ipods as well.. but there's only an iphone version). After downloading it - open and sign in. It's likely it will say that your yahoo account is 'locked' due to suspicious activity - follow the prompts to unlock it.
Now add the yahoo account under the ipad mail settings.
It should work in the regular ipad, iphone, ipod mail application now.

- sign in to iMessage on my iPhone (ios6) or mac (mavericks).
The error my Ipad gives me is username / password not correct
This is an ipad 2 16Gbyte 7.1.1.
I tried to restart my ipad, restarted the iMessage app serveral times...
Any idea ?!

Tried all that.
It is really weird, as the ipad having the issues is on the same network as the mac that works.
the network (internet connectivity) just works (can surf, and buy apps (with the samen uid/pwd
as appleID)
The errormessage tells me that the username / password combination is wrong, nothing
else, which is really weird. (really sure I have the correct UID/pwd ! (the one that works on
the mac))
the ipad is a wifi only one.
