I cannot make payments or send money. Please help!
I dont know what to do... I cannot make purchases online or even send money over paypal. I have searched the forums and spent hours over the phone with paypal support and they always just say "sorry, we`ve done every thing we can do". When i try to make a purchase i get an error stating __________________________________________________________________________________________This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information. Return to merchant and try a different payment method We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).________________________________________________________________________________________ My paypal is verified and i have a balance with more money than i can afford to lose. I have tried everything that i can think of and that i`ve been told to do to resolve this. I`ve tried Waiting a week before trying to use my balance, had support review my account and put things on my account that supposdly overided the system, checked out as guest, cleared cookies/cache/ ect., used diffrent browsers, used diffent computers and i`ve tried using a proxy. Please, please help! I just would like paypal to let me use my money that I earned!!!
The money was added quite a while ago and it was aquired through allthough legitimate, quite strange means. I sold a few ingame items on a online market place specializing in video game items or "skins" called www.opskins.com. Allthough i have had found the website not in the least bit questionable, having both bought and sold through it; i have been told by support that they`ve been having trouble with paypal so your guess sounds pretty accurate. Anyway, thank you for all your help, you have been deligent and helpfull!

I’d be happy to help with this messaging error! This will be due to the device storing the number incorrectly. Please do the following to resolve the issue:
Delete texts from both old number and new
Delete any call logs including these numbers
Delete old number from contacts
Delete new number from contacts
Restart device
Send text to the new number directly (do not save as contact)
Once the text sends successfully, you can then save as a new contact

iphone 4 bought new/privately JAIL BROKEN/SIM FREE, used with uk carrier no problem, but now using a thailand sim (TRUE) and cannot make calls or send texts - but can recieve both, TRUE checked & found SIM OK and confirmed it worked normally on another iphone ... software is up to date and I RESET NETWORK SETTINGS still same - HELP !
Sorry, there is no support for jailbroken iPhones here...more than likely the cause of your problem. You'll have to go elsewhere for help.

When I try to verify my credit card details, it shows the following warning,
Spoke to Support via chat, and despite your http://heartbeat.skype.com/ saying there was no issue, it is know, and being looked at.
You should update heartbeat to show there is a know issue.
I.E you cannot make payments....
You cannot access this page.
This may be due to one of two reasons:
1. The FI you are trying to access is deactivated
2. The access to the FI is restricted for specific IP addresses, and your address is not one of them.See this:

It is retail disk, i bought it in apple store. I also resetter PRRAM and SMC and checked disk. I also tried clean installation and upgrade, nothing works, after run installation program after few seconds wrote: OS X Snow Leopard cannot be install on this machine :-(

I have been working on installing this software for weeks now and am at the end. The first time the organizer installed but the editor wouldn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and am ready to take this application back to the store. I have a Vista machine.
It still didn't work. I paid for Photoshop 12 at Costco. The organizer downloaded just fine but when I tried to use the editor, the screen appeared asking for my Adobe sign on, I signed on, and then the application just churned. I had to use task manager to stop it. Per your instruction, I downloaded Photoshop 13 from the site, it downloaded fine and then asked for my Adobe sign on and then just churned. I can now access Photoshop 13 organizer but still can't get editor.
This is ridiculous. Last night I did the msconfig.exe and followed the instructions on changing the start up menu and disabling everything.
I am furious about this. It looks like you want me to pay for Photoshop Elements 13 when I can't get 12 to work. This is a Vista machine.

Yep, that's the only message that popped out. Nothing else. Yes, it's running on the latest ios and I still can't restore it. I called apple and they told me it's probably something wrong with their servers. Anyway thanks for the advice.
