I cannot open a website i have tryed different browser and different sites. I cannot open site with either browser, other sites open no problem. Can i fix

Today I had problems printing a shipping label so the customer service rep told me to clear my cache history. I dont know if my problem is related to this but earlier I accessed a website and after this I could not. I kept getting the error:
The connection has timed out
The server at www. .com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
its weird beacause the url goes blank
I tryed restore it cannot restore I tryed another browser and it could not get site.
I tryed other sites and they load fine..
What can I do ?

* Is the whole site a problem ? or is it just the shipping label ?
If it affects no other sites but exists as a problem in multiple browsers
some possibilities are.

** Do you have a shield icon showing on the left end of the addressbar (MCB)
* You do not have correct software. What type of file is this ?
* What is the site ? (Unfortunately if it is a shipping label it is unlikely to be a public site that we may test.)

In photos: I have tried to select and delete some duplicate pictures that I transferred from my other iPhone 5S on this new iPhone 5S and when I select the only options available is moving the photos or email/text. I cannot put in trash bin

How did you transfer the photos from your other iPhone? If you did it by importing them from the old phone to a computer and then used iTunes to sync them back to the new phone, then you would delete them by syncing again using iTunes but this time change the selection of which photos are to be synced. Each time you sync using iTunes, it sets the non-Camera Roll photos on the phone to match the current settings/selection in iTunes.

Firefox crashes immediately after I try to open it. I have tried uninstalling it and installing it again, restoring my system, and nothing has worked. Help please!

After upgrading to Firefox 4 it initially worked, but I had to restore my system to deal with other issues on my laptop. After I did that, I reinstalled Friefox 4 and it is now crashing as soon as I click on the icon. I tried installing the 3.6 version which did not work. I also looked to open in safe mode, but cannot find anything relating to firefox safe mode on my computer.

When I play videos (e.g. YouTube) the videos freeze. Have tried Safe Mode and resetting Firefox. Does not happen with Internet Explorer.

I have disabled hardware acceleration. Note that the video freezes, but the computer has not locked up; only FF is impacted. If I open Task Manager and click End Task, the video resumes and will finish playing as long as I leave the Confirm Close dialog box open, but when the video ends I cannot return to normal FF operation and have to use Task Manager to shut down FF. Hardware is an HP 6730b business notebook running Win7 Home Premium 64 bit, SP1, 4 GB RAM. The issue is not limited to YouTube videos.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
*disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed

Possibly. Do you have other devices and will they connect?
One possible thing that it could be is that the USB port on your iPad has gone bad. It happened to mine. Couldn't sync, could barely charge (it said 'not charging' even when plugged into the wall)
I'd take it to the apple store, see if they can replicate it, and if they can, then they can diagnose it. Just back it up before you go, in case they do exchange it.

Could you please let me know whether you are signed up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
Try saving those files to a different location on your system and check.
You might update the web browser to the latest version or try signing up using a different browser.

Best route here is to uninstall iTunes completely using the Windows Control Panel.
Make sure you know exactly which version of Win 7 you're running.
Restart your computer from cold (with no iTunes).
Go to Apple website and download the correct version for your operating system. Install following Apple prompts.
Once installed, close iTunes.
Restart your computer from cold (with new iTunes).
Start iTunes - all should be operating well! Good luck ...

If you're using the free Avira AntiVir(us) Personal software, then deactive the Webguard feature first before installing the Flash Player.
