I cannot open Google Calendar. I can open Gmail fine, but when clicking on Calendar it asks for my password again and does not do anything.

Every time I click on Google Calendar, it opens a new window but says it is having a problem loading the page. As you may have noticed, the Refresh/Reset feature copies your settings (profile) folder to the desktop into a folder named "Old Firefox Data".
If Firefox was running reasonably problem-free before the Refresh, and you haven't deleted the Old Firefox Data folder from your desktop, there is a way to use the contents of that folder to revert the refresh. You might want to brew a fresh cup...
Check inside "Old Firefox Data" folder for a folder with a semi-randomized name. If there's only one, that probably has your old settings and add-ons. If there's more than one, you'll want to work with the one that was updated most recently.
Once you have identified the profile folder you want to restore, here is my suggested "old profile resurrection procedure":

iLife '09 is not available as a download - it is only available as a purchase
iLife '11 is available as a DVD purchase and the compoments of it are available from the App Store (iPhoto '11 (version 9.1.5), etc)
Exactly what did you do? And exactly what does the error message say?
On the surface it appears that you are attemptying to open a new library with an older version (iPhoto '09 can not open an iPhoto '11 library for example)

Since upgrading to Windows 8.1 cannot open iCloud calendars or contacts. I get "This set of folders cannot be opened. Theinformation store could not be opened."

I uninstalled iCloud control panel, removed any iCloud folders from Outlook, rebooted the computer nad then downloaded and installed the latest iCloud for windows.After going through the reinstall steps and setting up iCloud, Outlook seems to sync with iCloud.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -

What is the issue about?
Usually, it would be required to run the pls files to recreate certain objects (mainly packages) in the database, and you run the pls file from SQL*Plus as apps/applsys user.
Please update the SR and confirm with Oracle Support what the action plan you need to follow to resolve the issue.

Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

Are you inserting the embedded code provided by Google calender portal?
Have you made his calender Public from "Share this calender "settings?
If you have done both steps at the top then try to preview calender Page from File > Preview Site in Browser.
If the issue still persist then please share the embedded code you are using along with the error screenshot.

I am running Firefox 36 which runs normally except that I cannot open certain websites a few eg.s below:
any mozilla sites, cannot open extention site also
no Google sites
which is very fustrating. The above websites work in IE, Chrome & Opera. I have cleared cache and cookies, reloaded in safe mode, totally
uninstalled firefox and cleaned out any reference to Firefox or Mozilla in my registry and after reinstalling no change. I have even downgraded
to version 34 to no avail. I am using Kaspersky anti virus which I have tried closing down and I cannot see any problems with Windows firewall.
After looking on your webiste I also tried disabling IPv6 & changing DNS Prefetching (about:config).f
This problem first occured approx 5 days ago I am at a loss as to why this is happening, please can you advise.

I'll keep it simple:
o For two days now I cannot open www.google.com
o I can open any other variation, such as www.google.de or www.google.com.hk
o I can open Google via it's IP address of 74.125.224.72
o In a browser I get the "You are not connected to the Internet" page (Safari), or "Server Not Found" (Firefox)
o If I try to ping www.google.com I get:

ping: cannot resolve www.google.com: Unknown host
o If I try to tracerout:
Traceroute has started…
traceroute: unknown host www.google.com
o I can access www.google.com on other devices on the same network (iPhone 4s, iPad 2)

System Preferences>Network>Advanced>DNS
In the left side column click the + and add the following:
