I cannot open iTunes on my iPhone 4S with the new iOS.

I installed iOS 7 a few days ago and now I cannot access the iTunes Store. The app opens and immediately closes again.

try multi tasking and kill the app..
try deleteing the app and reinstalling it..
try deleteing the app and installing it from itunes on the computer.

there is no support way to downgrade ios. you can restore your device back to factory setting and see if that helps you

Thanks for the question. If the iCloud tab (and other tabs) are greyed out, and you are unable to tap on them, it sounds like Restrictions have been enabled on your device. Specifically, the Restriction titled “Allow Changes: Accounts”.

The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to move everything to your new computer.

If your XP computer was updated, then it should work. Again, the links I posted earlier contain the current USB drivers for the iPhone and Windows.

Sounds like you opened and saved it in CC, so now you need to go back to CC and either complete the project there, or export to IDML to take it back into CS6.

To open an INDD file in the older version (CS4-CC), you need to save it as an IDML. For CS3 & older versions, save it as an INX.

I saw this post at about 2:05 becasue I had the same problem. I just tried it again and now the update is downloading! just wait it out. I had to wait about 3.5 hours.
