I cannot open my browser.

My sister and I have data plan. In her bb phone in default browser configuration, there are two options. the my globe and hotspot browser but why in my bb default browser configuration there's only one option, only the hotspot browser? I think that's the reason why i cannot open my browser. How can I change it?

Kindly follow the steps below.
Clear the service book database
Complete the following steps to clear the service book database:
Make sure that the smartphone is connected to the computer.
Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click Backup and Restore.
On the Backup and Restore window, click Advanced. The Backup/Restore window appears.
In the list of smartphone databases, select Service Book, then click Clear.
Click OK in the Warning window.
Click Close.
Disconnect the smartphone from the computer and perform a hard reset. For instructions, see KB02141.
For BlackBerry® Desktop Software 6.0 and up
Make sure that the smartphone is connected to the computer.
Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software and click the Device tab.
Click Delete Data in the list.
Choose Selected Data.
In the list of BlackBerry smartphone databases, select Service Book, then click Delete.
Click OK in the Warning window.
Click Close.
Disconnect the smartphone from the computer and perform a hard reset. For instructions, see KB02141.
Restore the service book database
If the BlackBerry Desktop Manager is configured to interact with the user's BlackBerry Enterprise Server account, the service books can be easily restored by disconnecting the smartphone from the computer, waiting 5 seconds, and then reconnecting the smartphone.
If the smartphone is associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, service books can be sent from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
If the smartphone is not associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, complete the following steps:
From the Home screen of the smartphone, click Options (it may be located under the Settings folder).
Click Advanced Options.
Click Host Routing Table.
Press the Menu key and select Register Now.
Click OK.
If the smartphone is running BlackBerry 6, complete the following steps:
From the Home screen of the smartphone, click Options.
Click Device.
Click Advanced System Settings.
Click Host Routing Table
Press the Menu key and select Register Now.
Click OK.Note: If the smartphone is associated with a BlackBerry Internet Service account, see KB02830 for instructions on how to send the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service.

Just a few pieces of clarifying information... This is Safari on OS X you're talking about, right? Also, what update did your daughter install? Have you tried reinstalling Safari (you can download it from Apple's site)?

Infopath form cannot open in browser?

In my senario i have wite code On button click event in infopath. After publiched in form library i try to open the form in Client browser it showed message as below
"request for the permission of type 'microsoft.sharepoint.security.sharepointpermission microsoft.sharepoint.security version=14.0.0.0"
After this issue i set
"Full Trust " option in security level on Form option .
After this set i wont get the above error message when i check with Preview in infopath tool . Once again i publiched into form library and i try to open the form but
it shows
And also i Set option in library Settings - > Advance Settings -> Open document in browser -> Open in browser.
But the form cannot open in browser. can u please assist me to fix this issue.

Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.

How can I upgrade to Firefox 3.6.6 if I cannot open the browser of my current 3.5.10 version?

I can't open my Firexox browser and as I understand, upgrading to a new ff version will fix this problem and keep my settings and bookmarks as well. But how do I upgrade if I can't open my browser?
Alternately I could create a new profile of my current FF version and transfer my settings, but I have to close my current FF session which I can't do without accessing my browser which in turn won't open.
Either way I'm in a catch-22. Is there a solution for either issue?

Suddenly after running Firefox for years, I cannot open multiple browser windows using Windows XP.

I have always been able to open more than one browser windows, so I can have my email minimized while doing other tasks on one or more other browsing pages. All of a sudden, I can only open one browsing page. When I try to open a second, I get the red circle with a diagonal slash through it stopping me.

If there is another profile, it would be that instead of ***.default. You may have to enable hidden files and folders.

I have used firefox for many years. I downloaded the latest version (4) but now it wont open at all. I have to go online via Explorer! I don't want to remove Firefox and reload it if I might lose all my bookmarks.

Cannot open new browser window

Now I've seen lots of articles with other users experiencing similar problems, but none quite like this...
I have the latest version of Firefox (5.0) and every time I install an addon I become unable to open new windows - including the manage addons window). At this point I need to restart in Firefox safe mode and disable the addon I've installed. I have tried all sorts of addons (around a dozen) and every single one gives the same result. Any addons that were installed prior to updating to 5.0 seem to work fine, however until today I haven't installed any for a couple of weeks, so that may not be related. I have checked that all addons are up to date but still no joy!

Update: I've fixed the issue by creating a new Firefox profile - pain in the proverbial but now working a treat!

Airport is connected but cannot open internet browser??

excuse my stupidity if this is an easy one.... novice!!
i mainly use ethernet cable to connect to the internet but when Im out and about or at home when i try to connect to the internet via wirless the status shows that it is connected via airport but when i try and surf the net it states that it cannot find a server. i have tried all sorts of things but cannot seem to work it out. even if the signal is full i cannot access the internet at all.
if any one can help me this would be greatly appreciated.

hi, i tried to connect at my parents house , they have a wireless router (not sure of the make) which is on virgin and it said that i was connected to the wireless network they have but i still could not access the internet. I also tried it on virgin trains wireless network and the same happened, said i was connected with full signal but still no internet access. Im sure there is a really simple answer to this!!

There was a recent upadate on my PC, however it does not work. A error code comes up which says, min version is not compatible with max version. And I caanot open my browser. Please help.

I already reset the iphone to its factory settings and erase all contents but still the browsing speed freezes or not searching at all. Settings → scroll down to Safari → in Safari settings, I selected both Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data.

Finally - if problem still present -
Go to Settings>General>Reset
Reset the network settings - you will need to add the password of your home WiFi in your phone once more
The device should turn itself off & back on then go into Settings>Wifi and join your network
